7味自体は決して悪くはないが、お肉のクオリティがその時によってまちまちであること、店員さんも特にサービス業の人というよりは単純に頼んだものを運んでくる人であり、安く肉を食べたい人向けの店以上の何物でもない。多くを期待せず、大人数でガハハととにかく飲んで食いたいならば、適しているとは言えようが。
10時閉店なのは理解して入りましたが、食べ物のLOが終わってから直ぐにお会計を最速催促され実質2時間も居れなかった。お肉はとても美味しかったのですが、黒服着た方態度が悪いし、ゆっくり食べれないので二度と来店はしません。
Happy to find non smoking restaurant in Shinjuku. No AC so the smoke and heat gets to be a bit much, but great food. They have an English menu if asked, but they don't offer it voluntarily.
Firstly, the manager (Omori) from this shop is very rude. Even the waiter and waitress are better than him. When the customers put things in the corridor, his emotions weren't good without using a polite way and let others feel uncomfortable. Secondly, he wasn't professional since he didn't give a polite service to customers. Although the food is good, but the most important thing is the polite service. So to conclude, this shop is not worth to go and will give a terrible experience to customers.
Service was pretty good. They were refilling our glasses, food came fast etc.they did forget my bibimbap though but it’s probably for the best, as I was stuffed!
There are seats for waiting, and quite a line that went out the door.
Tourists beware!
If you're not a local you will be turned away, greeter spoke decent English and told us they had no tables when clearly there were empty tables everywhere, we said it was ok we can wait, and he said no you can not wait. Very rude never have had any issues in any of the other places in Japan. We understand there's a language barrier but they didn't give us the courtesy or the time of day to try out the restaurant. Very dissapointing. This let down won't let us ruin our stay here, Japan is such a wonderful place filled with friendly people and amazing culture.
