We had a lovely evening enjoying the special anniversary 5 course dinner.
Super recommended for love confessions.

流石の一流店です。
納得の味わいと接客。
そして窓に広がる景色に圧倒されました。
結婚記念日にお邪魔しましたが、いい思い出になりました。
今度は夜景を楽しみにしてます。

The weekend brunch buffet is exceptional with a great variety of high quality salad, Japanese cuisine and stunning desserts. Covid safety measures are extremely good which provides a great deal of confidence, but doesn't take away the prestige of the restaurant. Oh, and the view is great!

平日にランチビュッフェを利用。緊急事態宣言延長で酒類提供がなく、ノンアルのスパークリングワインに1400円（＋サービス料15％＋消費税10％で1,771円！）出すのは涙が出そうでしたが、前菜もメインもデザートも本当に美味しかったです。特に前菜のソース！カツオもサーモンもローストビーフも海老もチキンも、ソースが感動する美味しさなのにくどくなく、ついつい食べすぎてしまったほど。コロナ感染予防対策もしっかり取られており、安心して食事を楽しめました。

New York girl is exactly as good as you would expect it to be for its price. Every course I had with extremely well-balanced, gorgeously presented and absolutely delicious. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. From the moment I entered the restaurant I was met by English-speaking staff who showed me to my table. All of the wait staff were also very nice and were clearly enthusiastic about their jobs. The view from the 52nd floor is also lovely, and I was lucky enough to have a seat very close to the window despite having no reservation. Although it was definitely very expensive, I would love to go again.

最高峰のレストランのランチビュッフェはとても素晴らしく、何度も訪れています。値上がりが続くビュッフェ業界の中でも、あまり値段は変わらず、8,000円程度と高額ですが、相対的に安く見えるようになってきました。帝国ホテルのぼったくりビュッフェに比べれば全てにおいてはるかにレベルは上です。ビュッフェ台から戻ってくるとイスを押してくれ、新しいカトラリーが提供されます。スタッフが至れり尽くせりをしてくれます。料理のレベルも高く、特にパンとニューヨークチーズケーキが大のお気に入り。ビュッフェでは悪手ながら、美味しいのでパンもおかわりしてしまいます。あとはシュリンプが好きです。最も優雅なビュッフェで大変おすすめできます！

新しいホテルがどんどんオープンしても私の一番好きなホテルはやっぱり、パークハイアット。こちらのレストランで食事をして、ジャズを聴きながら飲んでから部屋へ戻るという流れが好きです。
エレベーターを52階で降りた時の眺めも素敵です。

一年振りに伺いました。
男性に比べ女性スタッフは笑顔が少ない。
案内の方はヒールをカツカツ音を立て、
気取っている。
そこで働いている自分によっている
印象を受けました。
まだ若いので何か勘違いしているんだな
と思いました。

It's always been one of our favorite restaurants in Tokyo (if not the favorite).

We have been there repeatedly and it's so close to perfection.

Three minor complaints:
- One time they took out coats at the entrance and literally dropped them on the floor of the coat check (not by accident, they placed them on the floor instead of using one of the available hangers).

- The steak is ALWAYS overcooked. I've tried asking for medium, medium rare and rare and I always get the exact same level (basically medium in every other country).

- During our last visit, the waters were a little overattentive. Not sure if they got a new manager.but they literally RUN to get our chairs every single time we left the table. It was a bit much.

あいにくのお天気で眺望は楽しめなかったのですが、コロナ対策をしっかりとされて、そのホスピタリティーに感心しました。お料理もそれぞれ趣向凝らしたソースが用意されて大いに楽しめましたデザートも充実です。

Best bar in Tokyo! Great spot for drinks and a cigar. It’s a bit pricey but the views are incredible and the drinks/food is top quality. They often have live music which is really nice. This is also the bar where several scenes from the film “Lost In Translation” were filmed. Definitely worth going here for your last night in Tokyo. Highly recommended!

Nice views. The food is solid.
The service is a bit overly attentive, verging on doddery. You can get something far better for this money in Tokyo.

It can only be 5 stars. This was my third visit to this restaurant (lunch), each time has been amazing. It is upmarket for what I am used to and they really control your movements, maybe due to Covid restrictions or because we are uncultured savages, you have to follow the meal flow strictly and the staff are super attentive.

The buffet is the absolute best. Every single thing is fantastic and delightful to the palate, I’d eaten 2 plates full before my main even arrived. I was tempted to grab the bowls of ricotta cheese and bacon and trough them down. Salmon is fantastic as are all of the sauces and dressings available.

My main today was the American sirloin with mash and asparagus. It was ok, not the best steak I’ve had but pretty damn good, just the right size as well. In the future I’d get the fish or chicken again.

After all that food…. Desert time! Back to the buffet for amazing cakes, ice cream, pastries and all goodies!
The staff will offer tea or coffee with your desert and it’s good stuff.

It’s on the 52nd floor and offers an amazing view of Tokyo. You really feel the special environment of this restaurant. Great for dates, get togethers, celebrations or any damn reason you can think of. Just go.

Cost is just over 7000yen per person. That is 1000% worth it for the food, service, location, everything. I’d pay 7000 just for the buffet lol.

Use the bathrooms at the top of the first elevator…. Super fancy.
