浅草 すし賢

I’ve lived in Japan for almost 30 years and this by far the worst sushi I’ve ever had. What we received did not resemble the picture in the slightest. The rice was prepared hours before and was hard. This place is geared towards tourists who don’t know any better. Stay away. Lots of other places nearby.

不思議なことに某大手食通サイトでは良い点数なのですが、浅草・寿司で同サイトのランキングには登場しません。
平日、昼に訪問。テーブル満席でカウンター３割がうまってました。多分、７割が外人客。親方風の人は下ごしらえか奥で作業中、若い職人さんが孤軍奮闘してましたが、笑顔で応対してもらえました。ホールも一人で多忙そうでしたが丁寧に対応してもらえました。注文忘れもご愛嬌か？ 江戸前らしい職人の手がはいった旨い寿司屋でした。

We choose this place because the halal sign. It is located near the Sensoji Temple (about 10 min walk). The food was very nice and we can see the chef preparing the fresh fish in front of us with his knife skills. A very recomended place for the whole family.

Let me share the good news first: the sushi are tasty! The people are nice! The place is very close to Asakusa sta. (tsukuba express line NOT asakusa subway). And hai all my Muslim fellas, all the sushi are halal!

But for that you should pay a bit higher: ’) not recommended if you see your wallet looks unhappy.

Service was perfect and the waitress was very friendly! Ordered the sashimi platter and tempura set, plus some sushi, and everything tasted great. I recommend this place to anybody in Asakusa!

Food are very excellent, you will get fresh sushi, staff are very nice, the place are cozy and near to tourist attraction.
Last 2 year when i was first come to here in 2nd floor they provide mushala/ place for pray. But this time i came to here, wudhu place is unable to used, but you can using mushola/praying place.

Very tasty and very fresh, but a strange feeling of being discriminated, we saw a few times, white, gaijin, being refused the counter seats, as they place" seat reserved" on all spaces, at first we thought maybe busy or reserved but they gave the seat only to Japanese customers insisting, it was clear, they declined us, I am white but my wife and in-laws are from Tokyo and my in laws husband is sushi chef, and noticed the little game, plus the vegetables tempura was so small for 1500 yen (16 cad) about, the fish is very fresh, I would have love to give them a five star but for these reasons I would not.

Considering the reviews I was a bit disappointed. The food was great and price worthy. About 1000yen for 10 bites at lunch. The beer cost about 750yen tho, which is a bit to expensive IMO

Arrived just before the afternoon closing. Customer service was great and sushi was amazing. They also offer halal meat if you are interested in getting some other dishes.

A variety of amazing food to choose from! They serve no meat (except for fish, but they also have vegetarian versions) and have amazing complementary tea. I absolutely recommend it!

Nobody in my party really enjoyed this meal to be honest. Half stated they’d give it a 1 out of 5 but that seemed a bit harsh. We got a wide variety of stuff so tried quite a bit, some was ok, some made us gag. We’ve all had much nicer sushi in London (surprisingly), so all in all a bit of a disappointment, especially for the price. Perhaps was just not our cup of tea.

I came for lunch around noon and was able to get in without waiting in line. I ordered the special sushi lunch and it was fresh and hearty. It was reasonably priced as well.
