トヨタ自動車と同じような醜悪なデザインの住宅をトヨタ式生産方式とやらで大量生産し街の景観破壊をするのもやめて貰いたい。

So, if you are planning to build your own house with their expertise, and is your first time, you'll be having a pleasing experience. They even showed us a 3d rendering to help us choose everyting, till the smallest details. Last, but not the least, no matter how many times we ask to modify or return to a previous setting/plan/disposition, they'll always do, with plenty of explanation and advice.
