7 I had a terrible, humiliating experience which was least expected in the market space where their neck to neck competition. I went two weeks ago for apartment hunting and shared by budget and specific conditions; in the first meeting, they shortlisted a couple of apartments, and I felt the meeting went pretty well. On my repeated requests for a second meeting, there was no response and, days later, a cold response. It turns out all the shortlisted apartments on the first meeting did not meet my criteria (why was I asked to fill out the form in the first place) ?
I finally requested to visit one apartment before taking a decision, and the employee incharge (won't write his name) intentionally chose to be absent at that time, most of the staff acted completely strange and I could hear them laughing on the other side of the divider (I will never forget) There was no preparation made in advance to visit the apartment. And I was standing for 50 minutes. And it was so disappointing to see that the apartment was opposite what I was looking for (which means this was a fake set up). I felt so disrespected. This review has been put up after a lot of thinking and I am not surprised to see same reviews here. They never apologised!
The staff really needs to learn and understand customer service and respect. At this point I am not seeking any apology but the staff to have some basic sense of responsibility towards the future customers.
以前,物件を契約する際に利用しました.契約が決まった途端に対応が不愛想な対応になり,とても不愉快でした.また,契約した物件に3年ほど住んでいましたが,その期間の対応も悪く,二度と利用したくないと思いました.
