Staff here were very friendly, helpful, and patient.they looked genuinely eager and happy to help out.despite our language obstacles.store itself is laid out really well, and displays are "just right". And they also have the "Made in England" range here.

There is a male attendee who is unbelievably overbearing - he insisted on not touching the shoe or trying the shoe on unless I sit down - and this was definitely not in the customer care kind of sense.
