The great people who are responsible for the commendable design philosophies behind the video games designed and engineered by FromSoftware, Inc, deserve respect for not compromising in their goal of delivery immersive, atmospheric, challenging and thoroughly enjoyable video gaming experiences. To compromise on the aspect of challenge would do their wonderful games injustice, and would rob dedicated and patient gamers of the opportunity to develop their skill through perseverance and effort by choosing the route of instant gratification - a lower level of difficulty.

The superb atmosphere of classics such as Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and Dark Souls is engrossing, and this is contributed by the wonderful environment design, the beautiful art style, and epic soundtrack. All aspects contribute to the feeling of grandeur. The engrossing atmosphere can be matched by few - G. S. C. Game World's excellent S. T. A. L. K. E. R.is another video game series with an immersive and engrossing atmosphere (as well as challenging and highly rewarding gameplay) but for very different reasons.

The innovative and intelligently-designed combat systems keep getting better and Sekiro’s combat system is uniquely brilliant. Unparalleled in its excellence as well its uniqueness.
