Ordered a promotion unagi set. When it arrived a week later as scheduled the staff had no idea what to do and just sold it other customers. When I arrived to pick up our items the shop staff panicked and finally confessed they sold our order by mistake. We waited a week for our special order under the summer sales campaign. My family was disappointed. The shop was unable to provide an explanation of how our order was lost, offered no compensation, and just gave up. Unprofessional.
