3 The DJ plays anime songs in the background. Songs vary from old 90's anime all the way to current season. Similarly varies from mainstream anime like fairy tail/haruhi to more niche anime (Nagi No Asakura the most niche I was able to recognise myself). Some days also have defined themes within the "Anime" spectrum e.g. Visual novels.
Sometimes a drunk local will sing along when a song they like plays. Friendly staff. Great vibe. If you speak Japanese great place to talk to other anime-fans.
If you only speak English they have an English menu so can go as a group and just enjoy an anime-themed bar which doesn't go deeper into maid/cosplay/etc like others nearby do.
First time I went there was a blast, thr place has a great athmosphere if you know your anisongs, When a banger comes on, the place gets hyped up. There is alot of great characters there! Big shout out to Nakau-san, Vanilla-chan, and my homeboys Hikaru-san, Max-san and Hyuga-san.woulda spent the whole night there instead of until 3am if i didnt have something to do the day after!
