ホリエンさんは私のスケジュールに合わせて最大限の努力をしてくれただけでなく、彼女の才能と創造性が彼女の仕事の中で本当に輝いていました。彼女は私の期待を超えた見事なカバーアップタトゥーをデザインしてくれました。細部へのこだわりは格別です。

Horien did an aswome job covering up the bad tattoo that was on my back. She was very nice and accommodating and prices are beyond fair. I really look foward to many more visits.

Horien is a true master of the craft, her 17+ years experience speaks through her work and post care. It was worth the wait to get an appointment.

If you're researching for a reputable tattoo artist and looking for impeccable quality work, honest and reliable service you've come to the right place! Horien at Swallow Art Tattoo is literally a magician with tattoos and the only person I'd ever recommend in Japan. I messaged her regarding my tattoo before even going to Japan and she was there with me every step of the way with her knowledge and expertise. I waited close to 5 months to write this review to ensure quality finish work with healing. I do however recommend bringing your own tattoo ointment and lotion prior to getting your tattoo. I wasn't very pleased with the sticky ointment in Japan as I'm used to tattoo wax in Canada and lubriderm non scented lotion as well as soap. Keep in mind every country has different products. Would go again in the future. Thank you Horien:)

Horien is very talented in her work and I’m obsessed with the art piece she gave me. She took what I had envisioned in my head and made it more incredible than I could have ever imagined! As this was my first tattoo experience, I had actually become hysterical during the session but she was very patient and friendly with me which made it a very positive experience. She is a professional, is extremely reasonable with her prices, and you probably won’t find an artist like her that is highly qualified in Irezumi back in the United States, so I highly recommend Swallow Art Tattoo if you’re ever visiting Japan and looking for a tattoo.:)

We had a matching tattoo done here with the artist, great vibe and we liked her style. Studio located on top floor of the building and easy to find. Clean and neat.

I'm from New Zealand and organized a tat via email. The process was easy with no language barrier. The tat was all done cleanly and the result blew me away. The photos online on instagram and Facebook dont do her work justice at all. The line work is super clean and really solid colour with nice smooth shading. Happy with the price, would have been more expensive where I go at home. I will be going back to japan and will definitely be getting another piece done here just probably not on the ribs again, jesus that's a brutal spot. It's an A+ from me.

Was in Japan for only 5 days and contacted her through email about a month or so in advance. Really happy with the design that she made. Would highly recommend if you’re in the Tokyo area. Would definitely get another piece when I’m back in Japan. Thanks Horien!
