Dr. Reiko is better than every American dentist I’ve ever had. I have a problem with gum recession and Dr. Reiko’s deep cleaning and surface smoothing was the first time in 15 years that my gums have improved. Thank you so much Reiko-san!

I would not recommend this dentist at all. I went there because it seems to be a recommended good English speaking dentist in Roppongi area, however I had a very bad experience. While the dentist and staff are friendly, the quality is very poor.

I had a missing tooth which I wanted to fill with a crown, and I took the middle range in terms of pricing for it to be in ceramic. At first, it seemed fine and the fake tooth was well settled, however quickly after I noticed that the tooth was a bit too small, and a lot of food was getting stuck between my teeth. Because of this, I had to start using toothpick everyday to get rid of the food, and even doing so, I started having a bit of bad breath because of that. When I went back to this dentist to ask about it, she was very inconsiderate, and just told me to use toothpick (which I was already doing). So basically, because of her poor work, I have to accept having food getting stuck between my teeth more than a normal person, and I have to use toothpick all the time.

Now comes the worst part. After a year or so, the crown just totally broke after eating a pizza, which does not make sense, and I now have no tooth again.

Do not go there!

English speaking dentist that was recommended by a friend. Very easy and flexible to set up an appointment on email. On the day, staff and dentist were very friendly, efficient and fast in completing a standard check up and cleaning. A bit pricier but would recommend if you need a dentist and staff who speak English.

Awesome dentist! Very through, kind and professional. I’ve been looking for a dentist for several years since I’ve been in Japan. I have gum disease and I couldn’t find a dentist that would do a DSR (Dental Scaling and Root Planing). My gums were swollen and painful. After my 1st visit, pain & swelling went down And Dr. Reiko has a real plan and procedure to help me get my gums healed and healthy again Insurance is accepted and cost is reasonable Her English is great tooShe explains everything she does. Her Staff speaks English also. Office is easy to find and clean and comfortable. I finally found a dentist I can go to regularly.

Dentists are friendly and cheerful; they spoke fluent English too. The clinic is really clean and organized; treatment is always on schedule as well.

Been coming here for years, can verify what others are saying:

Speaks English (a lot of us foreigners prefer treatment in our native language so we can avoid misunderstandings etc.) and they didnt try to upsell or push expensive extra treatments like many dentists here seem to.

First time visit and now my forever dentist. Dr. Reiko is easy going, nice and straight forward. Stylish office, close to the station and everyone is very pleasant. Would recommend if you are looking for an English speaking Dentist.

Quick and the dentist speaks English so pretty nice for that. But the prices were like more than double of any other dentist I’ve been to in Japan. If you can speak a little Japanese you can save money and go somewhere else.

Going to the dentist is never pleasant, but the team and dentist here really make the best out of it. I appreciate that everyone spoke English well (including the hygienist, which often isn't the case for "foreigner dentists" in Tokyo).
I appreciate even more that there wasn't any reprimand for not going for a long time. A lot of dentists will reprimand and make patients feel worse for not going (we of course know that it's not good and already feel bad about it.).

Also reassuring that the dentist didn't jump at the opportunity to push for pricey additional treatments. Cleaning and checkup were done in one session, again oddly not always a given for Japanese dentists.

I have been to few dentist in Tokyo and this is by far the best service I had so far. Friendly and competent staff that speak perfect english. Would recommend.

This is a great place to go for dental necessities — I chose Reiko Dental Clinic because they also help with orthodontics stuff.

Everyone is very quick and professional. I used to hate going to the dentist, but this clinic is very relaxing and easy going. We have no problem communicating in English either, which is very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Great service. Quick and straight to the point. Very accessible too. My first 2 visits went really smooth and they explained the procedures well in English.

The Staff and Dentist were all very friendly! They gave me very good advice. Dr. Reiko Makabe did not push for any treatments that i suggested as she didn't think it was necessary at this point. This proves that they are not being pushy at all. I will probably be going back to this clinic again in future! Everyone speaks great english too, fantastic.
