Slowest post office in Tokyo. Staff had a case of gaijin panic and I had to wait while they all looked at each other and shuffled around to avoid helping me. Then they quoted me the wrong price and gave me the wrong shipping forms, and because I didn’t have another 20 minutes to spare, I ended up having to pay double the original quoted price because of the clerk’s mistake. Also the heater was cranked up high enough to fry an egg on the floor.
