36 日曜来店。店内綺麗。呼鈴が無いのですが店員さんが捕まらないことはほぼ無く
アク取りの交換や下膳などは小まめに頼まずともやってくれます。
飲み物オーダーなどもスムーズ。
野菜コーナーの補充も早い。
食べ放題の牛肉と馬鹿にしていましたが
お肉も大きく食べ応えがありました。
追加料金で2種鍋にもできるので飽きなくて良かったです

If it's ranked 2nd in Japan, I really do not understand how. I have tasted better in Tokyo. The vegetables ain't fresh, so also the meat admittedly frozen stuff. Freshness of ingredients is pivotal to a shabu shabu success. I couldn't even taste the difference between pork and beef. And believe me, I know what's fresh, what's not. Sorry I have to defy popular views and reviews.
Great service here! Had two nice young servers assisting our group and were impressed in the care we received and they even spoke some English which we were not even expecting! The Sukiyaki I had was delicious and all toppings from the vegetable bar were very fresh and organic. The Beef and Pork were also very fresh. All in all everyone in my group was impressed and we all tried different food. Great experience I will come back for sure.
Staff was not very friendly and seemed annoyed by that we were even there as english speakers and not knowing how to properly cook the food. Huge contrast from when we went to the shibuya location the next week. The shibuya nabezo showed us a video on how to cook the food, did it for us the first time and were so friendly with us. If you are thinking about shabu shabu, definitely avoid this one and hit up shibuya.
The food is good and reasonable price. 2500-4500 for all you can eat. Service was rather rude

Entrance is hidden in stairwell beside the Tiffany's (as of September 2018). Up on the 8th floor.
Great meat and selection of veges and soup selection. Service was also attentive without being intrusive. English is fine.
English menus and great quality of meats. All you can eat so make sure your plans are clear afterwards. The thin meat cooks fast and is super tender. If you are visiting Tokyo this is a great way to try a different style of food.
Japanese hot pot restaurant. They will try to give you normal beef cuts and charge for wagyu if you are a tourist. They tried me and said oh let me check in the back if there is any other boxes of meat. And then brought a very low grade wagyu. I would say the concept is good but i didnt like the way i got treated.
We came here because we needed to eat vegetables since we haven't had them for a while. This place had a really good selection of vegetables and the meat was really good too! We split our hot pot with Shabu Shabu and sukiyaki. Shabu Shabu is a bit sweet, sukiyaki is more of a plain broth flavour.

ここはいいです。
Delicious! It's a very nice restaurant, a table is in a private yet cosy surrounding. The staff understands basic English and the menu is provided with English captions as well. You order a hotpot with unlimited meat and vegetables for a certain amount of time, we chose the 2 hour timeframe and were stuffed. Water and some plain drinks are free, sodas and alcohol can be bought for a small price as well.
11/10 amazing experience. Had the best English/Japanese/Cantonese-speaking waiter Chung Chun Hin to explain the entire ordering process + advise us on our choices. Got the regular shabu-shabu + free flow drinks - meat was great, drinks were awesome. Thank you!
Awesome experience and hospitality. The waitress and host at the entrance spoke English and explained the whole process to us very clearly.
The noodle and veggy selection was fresh and diverse! Everything tasted good. The broth was filled quite frequently, they ask before they do and the meat was replenished as well.
We don’t eat pork so they gave us two kinds of meat instead of 1 meat and 1 pork.
I highly recommend this place!
