店員さんが非常に良心的で利用しやすいですしオプションやレンタル料金がリーズナブルでちょっと乗りたいな～と思ったときに1時間から2200円（会員料金）で乗れてしまうので嬉しい。ただ公道カート規制の問題も厳格化に動き始めてるからこの先どうなることやら、乗りたい人はお早めに！！！
“English speaking tour guide” didn’t speak English. Couldn’t even say the site names in English. Tour was reduced from 2hr to 1hr on the spot due to rain. Was refunded 1/3 of the price. Pretty unprofessional and shoddy set up. No mario theme either. All costumes old and held together by bobby pins.
The guide was fantastic. It was a thrilling and memorable experience. He made sure we were safe and went at a good pace. We could store our bags there. He brought us to known sights and helped us to take many photos along the way. He is well versed in English.

One of the most fun experiences we had while in Japan. We opted for a tour guide, but they also let you just hire the karts and cruise for your allocated time.
Operators were very friendly. I booked through the website (which end up finalizing with an email). The online process was a bit frustrating and difficult, but definitely worth persevering.
Bring a international drivers licence. Driving in Japan is really exciting and all the locals make you feel like a celebrity! We had to pay for an apple drink at the end though - unknowingly.
