28Dirty hotel, didn't read the small text so we got a room that was not suitable for 3 persons. For an extra price we got a bigger room, which unfortunately still wasn't clean, although much bigger. Staff was very nice, felt sorry for them.

Great value for money: the hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to Kameido station. The room is small but comfortable, and very quiet at night.
A no-frills hotel that has just enough of everything. Hotel staff are responsive and friendly. The hotel is a little bit old but well maintained. The location is a bit far from city center or a tourist attraction but still very accessible via JR trains. There is a convenient store next to the hotel 1 minute walk and many restaurants nearby within 4-5 minutes walk. Definitely one of my go-to hotel.
Stay 7nites on 5.07.2018: Clean room-hotel with complete amenities, including small bathtub. Location is east side of Tokyo city, just 5mnt walking from Kameido station (out from East Exit pls). Need 15mnt to Ueno, 40mnt to Shinjuku/Shibuya by train. They have western &japanese breakfast with cost 1000yen. The 'lack' is they will charge us for cleaning the room (if we stay more than 1day).
ホテルというよりマンション、いやアパート以下です。見本の写真ではわからないくらい狭い。ツインで部屋を利用しましたが、一人分の部屋よりも狭い部屋に無理矢理ベッド2つ押し込んだような部屋です。また、部屋は補修の跡だらけ。思った以上に酷かったです。
This was my worst experience at a "hotel". The room was not up to my expectations at all. When I booked the room, I saw a place that I would like to stay in, big and spacious. In reality, the room was tiny with barely any space to walk in and the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. I felt like I was lied to. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
