27Cozy wonderful place to stay in kita- shinagawa! Great, super nice staff to attend to your needs! Near train station, family mart and small authentic japanese restaurants ️
The hotel staff was courteous.however this is a very traditional Japanese accommodation with 100% self service and rooms are on the smaller side.so if you are used stay in 4 or 5 star hotels then you may not like the place.
Conveniently located near the Kita-Shinagawa and Shinagawa train stations and right in middle of a street full of shops/restaurants. Rooms are a bit small but clean and tidy. There are no daily cleaning services plus guests have to drop off used towels and trashes on their own.
Simple, clean, safe, no frills, great value, great service, great location, very accessible. On a quiet street, convenience store next door, full of food and shops. Free wifi. No cleaning service but it is all about getting that fair price. We stayed once and then canceled our other booking for the other stay and stayed here again. We would stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Tokyo.
フロントの態度が最悪。中国人の日本語片言は仕方ないにしろ、出る際の一見中年の女性は印象が悪い。
エレベーターはなく、手荷物は階段で自分で持っていく。４階まであります。
部屋のなかは小綺麗ですが値段相応…ではなくコスパは悪い。
FlexStay INN was an excellently located hotel, good for a quick private escape from the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo. With Kita-shinigawa station less than a minute walk away this hotel is easily accessible from anywhere in central Tokyo via the yamanote line and a quick transfer. Reception was exceptionally nice and professional, their English was good as well. They also apologized for some work being done nearby, but it wasn't noticable.
