Tokyu Hands is fabulous - lots of cool stuff to look at. I recommend some other location other than the Shibuya store. The Shibuya store is just a bit confusing due to the layout. Minor complaint really, definitely go if you are in the area looking for something to do.

For creative people, this is probably one of the biggest sstores with very wide variety of high quality materials. Art, diy, sewing, science introductory goods, pet goods. Little pricy but quality is high and the staff are mostly very knowledgeable. You'll be hard pressed to find a store anything like with a same caliber.
