Remy is very professional and his service I got today was outstanding! They have all kind of repair services as well. My car got minor scratches on the rear door he fixed it with no time. They also have car detail service.

Many people will try this, then when it comes to their JCI they will shell out money to fix things they did not plan on order to get their vehicle to pass or end up junking or selling it and buying from Remy and his brothers. No joke at all.

If there is an issue, which is highly unlikely but possible because it happens, Remy fixes it immediately! It’s like going back in time and dealing with a great person who has a conscience and wants to do good. He lives our military and if he doesn’t have the vehicle you want.he will find it.

I was referred to Real Speed by a good friend. This was some of the best advice I could have taken. Remy and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous during and after my purchase. When I arrived here a year ago, I purchased a car from Realspeed. The customer service was amazing then and continues to be consistently amazing. This past weekend, my battery died. Even though it was after 7: 00, and the shop was closed, someone came to assist. He checked my battery, and once he realized I needed a new one, he changed my battery right there on the spot.

Disappointing, frustrating, and condescending customer service. Real Speed states they do a "full and thorough" inspection before giving the car over. However, I drove off the first day with a squeaky belt. They fixed it. A month later, the car wouldn't start. I was told it was my fault that the car was in "bad shape" because I "didn't drive it everyday". I told them I was frustrated with the service, they played the blame game. I will tell everyone I know not to go here. So frustrated, feeling taken advantage of, and disappointed in a lemon of a car. Go to Kelly and Kelly.

A great dealer and we are very lucky to have them close to base. Easy and a pleasure to talk to and "Remy" the owner went out of his way to get my vehicle in my possession asap by coming in on his off day to get my paperwork squared away. The few small issues with the car he has already ordered the replacement parts for and he truly wants to see the customer happy and satisfied. What a great guy. I cannot say enough good things. Go through Realspeed, you will not be disappointed.
