Staff supremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and it's a great location. Rooms are compact. And in one of ours the air con did not work, although a fan was provided it didn't take temp down so was quite hot considering it was 38 degrees outside! Breakfast menu is rather eclectic - to us - but big portions and well cooked.

Normally clean and quiet. Although one day the cleaning of the rooms showed up at 18: 30 and it was now too late for my habits.the internet connection is not guaranteed as if there are many guests the band is not enough for all

Lobby very nice.location very near to train station.two 24hrs convenient stores nearby.room was typical japan size.do not compare with other hotel rooms in other countries. 1st housekeeping was impressive.but subsequently.didn't vaccum etc.self laundry available but timing is a key.oh.i love their combs.

I stayed one night over there, the room was neat & clean. Staff was kind. Two mins walk to subway station which was convenient!
The room is small but enough to me. (Most of the hotel rooms in Japan are that small lol)

Very easy to access from the Ginza line. Staff were incredibly friendly. Fluent English was great. Very thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Helpful English speaking staff, great location for sightseeing and 50m from the underground. Smallest room i have ever stayed in, but very practical and comfortable. Ensuite lovely and clean, fridge quiet, bed comfortable at a good price. Very enjoyable stay and would come back.

Comfortable, clean, cosy with welcoming staff. Great location for sightseeing, underground and restaurants. Tiny room but nice ensuite, quiet fridge and good sleep quality. Humidifier helped the dry air. Would definitely go back.
