Stayed here for 4 days during my third visit to Tokyo last month. Super convenient, just minutes walk away from Shinjuku. The rooms are clean and feel fresh, and so very, very comfortable. Everything you'd expect from a hotel, done with great attention to detail and service. Well done and highly recommended.

Great hotel, clean with friendly staff. In a convenient location. Beds are comfortable. Would recommend and stay again in the future

Internet data practically non-existent. I suggest changing the amenities section to not providing free Wi-fi. Be prepared to spend money on data and other connectivity needs if you plan to rent a room in this hotel.

The rooms are small but that's to be expected in Tokyo. Hotel is clean and comfortable. About 15 min walk to Shinjuku Station. Very close to lots of restaurants and shops that are open til very late. If you like nightlife and plenty of action, this place is it. Just be careful at night. You won't get attacked but be ready for lots of propostions.

The bad: they gave me a smoking room (made me sick)

Nice hotel, though typically tiny rooms. Cafe on the second floor is quite good for breakfast. Front desk staff are very considerate and helpful. My only complaint was the elevators, which seemed to have a mind of their own.

I stayed at Apa hotel for one day while i was in business trip. Location was good to reach some stories, center, shopping, sightseeing. Rooms were small and bathrooms need to be renovated. However rooms were clean enough.the staff was very kind, polite and helpful. When you comparing with price it is good to stay. We had breakfast but it should be improved which was poorly

The hotel is located in one of the most happening parts of town. A haven for all visitors who are looking for a conevnient place within the budget and great place to stay. The room sizes are typical Japan size, some say just enough some argue barely. But for a smart traveller it's the perfect place to stay.

For Westerners, the rooms are really small. However, the bed was comfy and the staff very curteous. The hotel is in a type of 'red light' district, but we felt very safe.

Although overall this hotel was OK, there are a few things that mean I would never stay here again. First, the room is tiny. It's so small it's hard to do even basic stretching etc in the room. And there is no other area to do this in the hotel. 2nd the internet didn't work. Half the time I tried to use the internet I couldn't load basic webpages. This is a huge failing for mid priced hotel. Also check in experience was quite poor.
