谷駅からちょっと歩いているので場所は素晴らしいです。静かな近所にとって静かで良いです。スタッフの方も皆親切で、英語も上手です。客室も日本の感じが感じられ、広さも大丈夫です。残念なことに、お風呂や朝食の価格はかなり高価です。そして通路でも少し臭いがしました。

かな通りにあり、近くに便利な施設がすべて揃った、とても趣のある旅館です。夫と私は、9 月初めにここに 3 泊しました。他の人も言っているように、もともと柔らかいマットレスが好きな私にとって、「布団」は寝心地が十分ではありませんでした。パッドの追加をリクエストした後、スタッフは私たちが使用できるように追加のマットレスを2つ持ってきました。朝の朝食はボリュームがあり、美味しく、安価でした（午前10時前にホテルの外で見つけるのは難しかったので、洋風の朝食が必要な場合は江戸で朝食を食べることを強くお勧めします）。背が高く痩せたアメリカ人二人が快適に過ごせる専用バスがあり、観光の一日を終えてリラックスするのに最適な方法でした。館内にランドリーがあり、スタッフが使い方を教えてくれます。私は最高のスタッフを最後に取っておきました。彼らは私たちが東京旅行中に出会った最もフレンドリーで親切なスタッフでした。彼らは私たちが必要としているものを確実に手に入れるために、これまで以上の努力をしてくれました。フロントデスクの女性の 1 人は、タクシー アプリで使用できるように、個人の携帯電話番号も教えてくれました (出発時に彼女の番号は削除しました) 。彼女はまた、私たちが正しいタクシーに乗れるかどうかを確認するために、私たちと一緒に外で待つようにと主張しました。
素晴らしいスタッフがいる本当に魅力的な旅館です。

This is one of my favorite places on the planet. I've stayed here three times over multiple trips to Japan, and I will continue to stay here every single time I come back to Japan. Just thinking about the sweet smell of that tatami makes me want to cry with nostalgia. I don't care if it's not walking distance from the tourist areas, the neighborhood is quaint and lovely and the train/bus connection to it is easy, and it's way superior than staying in a busy city area. There aren't words to explain the relaxation and calmness this place exudes from the moment you walk in the door. I dream about their breakfast on a weekly basis. Their staff are so sweet that I wish every hotel in the world was staffed by clones of them. This is true, quintessential Japanese charm and beauty, kirei in all definitions, at an extremely affordable price. If you want to stay like Japanese people do, this is everything you could dream of. If you're too xenophobic to handle sleeping on futons like the entire country has for its entire existence, have fun with a western style room and completely unmemorable experience at some chain hotel. Or support an actual Japanese business and learn to enjoy things outside your cultural norms. Either way, I will challenge you to armed combat if you dare insult this place or their amazing people.
TL;DR If this place has availability, book it before I do.

Very nice the stuff, tried their best to make us to have a wonderful stay in Tokyo.
Comfortable room and great atmosphere, they even hold Tea ceremony and other Japanese traditions’ class.

We loved our stay in Edo Sakura! It was perfect for our last 2 nights in Tokyo to get to experience a traditional ryokan. The staff were all so friendly. Mie & Kirara were so nice. It’s a clean ryokan that offers a bath hot tub for $5! & breakfast in the morning for a good price too. We loved that they also gave us yukata robes to wear. They ever were so sweet to give us nice chopsticks to congratulate us on our new engagement!

Only thing was, if you have a bad back like i do, ask for a 2nd mattress. The 1st night, my back hurt in the morning, but they kindly gave us another mattress no problem.

I would recommend Edo Sakura to stay only for a few nights for the experience, but would recommend an airbnb for longer stays bc those have kitchens usually.

Fake japanese designed hotel. Tourists believe that is authentic japanese style. Bathtub was uncleaned when I stayed. Never recommend.

Strong vibes and energy, fantastic place to stay if you want to feel accommodated and welcomed! Only stayed for a night but if I'm in the area again, I would not hesitate to book it again.

Location is great, easy transport and local food options are good. Clean, comfortable rooms and the hospitality is excellent. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time at Edo Sakura, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and despite the small space, it felt very welcoming and very very clean. Special shoutout to (I believe) Glen, who first helped us when we arrived. She walked us through everything.

Ive been lucky enough to stay at this hotel twice now, ive travelled a fair bit and its the best hotel ive ever stayed at the staff treat you like an old friend and nothing is to much for them to help you.
The facilities are amazing and beautifuly tradutional Japenese i couldnt recommend this hotel enough its just the best.

Even though the space is too small but the service and cleanliness what makes i love this place. Moreover, you can enjoy and relax with Japanese style of hotel.

Lovely rooms. Absolutely lovely and charming and capable staff. Reasonable location. Nice little onsen.

The hotel is very nice, the staff extremely cheerful and talkative, and the rooms are spacious. The only downside is that is extremely noisy, and you can hear every step in all the neighbor rooms. Unfortunately for us, ur neighbors were kids that played/jumped from 11pm to 3am, which made the two nights we stayed there miserable.

A very nice hotel - clean and usable rooms! Staff is extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. They can help you with almost anything; very good if you are not used to Japan. Area is nice and quiet, a lot of good places to eat - ask the staff to point out some nice restaurants! Close to the large Ueno station and the nearby Hibya line is good for going to the trains/airport. Highly recommended, in particular the staff!

以前も寄せましたが、前と変わり無く、和風で雰囲気が有ってスタッフもやさしいです。宅配で訪れるだけなので、部屋はわからないが、お客様がリラックスしている様子で大変良い雰囲気です。路地裏に有る為目立た無いが、近所で聞けば教えてくれるはずです。

Very nice Japanese style hotel, clean, super friendly staff. Great to travel wit kids. In a quiet area but within 400 m from metro. The restaurants in area are for locals and are much better then in a city center. Use the map from reception for a places around.

Fantastic place to stay for international tourists - staff are very courteous, multi-lingual (not just Japanese and English, I believe I heard them speaking Korean as well). Lovely food each morning, the private bath is very relaxing, and the tea ceremony is well worth going to. We will definitely be coming here on our return visit!

If you’re foreigner, and want to stay at japan stly hotel, here is the perfect place.
Acceptable price, very kind staffs will welcome you. Even they can speak English.
But if you want to use public bathroom, you should check before you use it. It’s so small but not bad, just small.
