28 接客態度、部屋、立地条件は満足。
10月初めに利用したがフロアの冷房がかなり強く、部屋の空調を切っていても翌朝凍えながら風呂に直行する羽目になった。
他の三井ガーデンホテルでは得られない貴重な経験でした。

Location was very convenient near multiple stations and walking distance from Tsukiji market. The rooms are quiet and the concierge are all so nice and helpful! Would definitely stay here again in the future.
Compact but very well-appointed rooms with every amenity, located in the very heart of Ginza. Everything is within walking distance and the trains come to the lobby. No room service to speak of, though, and you can get much better rates booking through 3rd party web sites than booking directly with the hotel. Literally a 25% discount to book elsewhere. Great stay!
Nice hotel and good location. Rooms were very nice and clean with nice views if the ginza area. The real perk is being pretty much right above ginza station
Nicely located in the city, Good rooms and very Spacious. Lovely Foreign staff.very helpful to me and my Family, didnt get the Staff name but she's from Ukraine. Very good at giving information and directions to me. I would definitely stay here again.
The location is the key factor, in the center of Ginza, a few min walk from everything.
There is a direct line from Narita airport, no need to switch trains, easy to travel with suitcases.
The room are not too small (average for Tokyo), they are clean and equipped with every thing you may need.
The front desk were helpful with with recommendations/reservation and they will hold your luggage after checkout.
