48Best location near Shinjuku south exit. Love to walk along shinjuku south terrace on the way to hotel. Scenic view. Romactic walkway.
Excellent stay. Super friendly staffs. Nice and big (compared to other Tokyo property) room. Variety of options for buffet breakfast. And what an amazing location. The only negative is this property gets sold out really fast.
In the heart of the hustle and bustle. Loved the city views from our room, and the hotel staff was very warm and friendly.
While the views were quite nice, especially at night, I believe some other hotels I stayed in we're a better value. The lobby is on the 20th floor and I think all the rooms are 21 and up. Shake shack is in the same building if you are missing home a bit. It's a short walk to Shinjuku station so it's easy to get to or from Narita via the Narita express.
Very good place. Excellent location. The service is Japanese style in conclusion the best. It's near to Subway and there is to much places to eat. This should be your election.
Had a great stay, enjoyed it, the breakfast good, the view great, the staff friendly and nothing was a problem, would recommend, great location.also Limo bus drops you at the front door and pickup from and to airports
新宿駅南口からサザンテラスを通っていける。線路の分、都心側の景色も解放感あり。ラウンジの夜景は都心とは反対側でやや物足りないが、昼間は天候次第で富士山が見えるかも。お部屋は、シンプルな内装で好印象。
Marvellous experience.
Location is wonderful, staff are helpful and nice. The restaurant was good. All facilities are available. Very near to the subway and important stores.
The only drawback was a very small room size. It barely can accommodate me with my luggage but definitively it's recommended.
Good experience overall but not as good as before. Cleaning service has room to be improved. Dry cleaning is definitely not good. Sent one dress and one jacket to be dry cleaned. Returned back with stains still on them. Not happy about that. Also, it would be much appreciated if we can have more than two bottles of water a day. Front desk is great at making restaurant reservations.
If have gym facilities will be excellent. Staff is nice and helpful. Esp during typhoon period, room arrangement was doing good.
Staying every 6 months because of location and atmosphere.it would be grateful if you have frequent travelers' privileges such as upgrade of the room or else. Receptionists treat us like a first timer every time, which other hotel brands never happen.
Modern hotel with spacious rooms (for Tokyo) perfectly located next to Shinjuku station for ease of access via the Narita Express, and easy connections to other parts of the city. Everything you could want is right nearby.
Well located, clean, comfortable and pleasant. The service is good and the restaurants are not bad. It is 5min walking from the JR station and 15min from metro marunouchi.
There are lots of restaurants and shopping around it namely takashiyama.
So if you are visiting tokyo and its surroundings it is good to be in this hotel as it is next to the shinjuku station.
Will most definitely be the hotel of choice for future stays in Tokyo. Location is pretty perfect for us and rooms are decent sized.

Very good location and extremely close proximity to Shinjuku Station. Lots of F&B around the area as well. Rooms cater to your every need.

新宿南口を出ると数分で着きます。
ロビーが20Fで高層階が客室と言うのも魅力的です。
部屋は洗練されていて窓から見える
東京の夜景は素晴らしいの一言に尽きます。
朝食バイキングもメニュー豊富でとても美味しかったです。
Nice hotel with big room, location near shopping mall and train station. Staffs very helpful.
Pleasant stay.
Best location in Shinjuku. 3 minutes walk from the station and surrounded by all shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and modern. The only problem is the hotel does not provide email as a contact method. This’s really inconvenient for the foreigners who are in overseas.
We visited to Horikawa, Japanese restaurant for dinner.it has 3 kinds of areas, Kaiseki, Sushi, and Teppan-yaki.nice sky view from Kaiseki area.restaurant staffs are kind and very polite, so we really enjoyed dinner comfortably. I also think this restaurant is more reasonable than other similar type restaurants.
