7Friendly n helpful staff.gave us the car an hour early and didn't complain when we returned it 30 mins late! Conveniently located in Shibuya but can be tricky to find since it's on a small street and in an even smaller parking spot.
従業員の対応が最悪でした。
向こうの都合で貸出時間より大幅に遅れたにも関わらず詫びは一切なし。
こちらの質問は近距離で聞こえているにも関わらず無視。
良い気分でレンタカーに乗りたい方にはおすすめしませんね。
The staff is helpful for me. Location is a bit tricky to find but still walkable from Shibuya station. Pass through Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, cross the road, walk toward your left for a little down loop and look for the smaller road. And the Nippon rent a car is just 30 seconds away.
The other tricky part is use the in car GPS in Tokyo city, don’t use map. Use map code or phone number to locate your destination. map is too slow for navigation in Tokyo city.
Poor service.make reservation Y-C class (7 seater) Alphard Hybrid, but during pick up i got 8 seater Elgrand. 2 day before pickup im come for confirmation car 7 seat, but still disappointing.this is my second time receiving service from nippon.
