The food was nice, the staff was very sweet and enthusiastic, and it was a great experience. We were sad to leave! ありがとうございます.

チェキの手ブレがエグい。チェキを撮るまでも遅い。会計の対応も遅い。そんなに混んでないのに。エレベーター前の見送りもない。他の店舗と比べて、ダントツに接客の質が低い。席代をとるなら接客に力を入れて欲しい。

初入国です。明瞭会計、ちゃんとシステムを説明してくれました。オムライスも美味しかったしケチャップの落書きも猫さんにして貰いました～可愛かったです。初めてのメイド喫茶だったので専門用語とかあって恥ずかしがらず楽しめる人はありかと思います！

当日飛び入りで入ったにも関わらず、
サプライズで誕生日プレートをご用意頂けて、
メイドさんみんなで祝って頂けました！！！
まじでびっくりしました！！愛だね！！！

It´s a totally weird place. You really think you felt in a fancy anime. Try it and don´t think about the money.because of that a maid café is not for every day.just laugh with the girls and have fun and take it as it ist: a joke. Than you will have a funny time.

They accept foreigners even though we don't speak Japanese at all. All the staff are friendly and professional. Do follow their rules. More like a cosplay cafe, so cannot expect them to talk to us all the time. Its an interesting experience if you just want to come see. Couples and friends should come and try! Ty Kuromi for the fun experience.

Very. Moe. I wasn't too crazy about it, but the staff do their best to keep you entertained. Expect to spend $$$!

We stopped through here a couple of days ago. It was a truly unique and fun experience. The girls were highly energetic and really made us feel like we were in a special cat universe. You learn a little bit of japanese while you are there because you have to recite some magical cat incantations before you eat or drink anything. Whenever you want to get one of the cat's attention, you have to say "meow meow" and do a gesture along with it. One of the cats was nice enough to even let me charge my phone when I was on low battery. If you are in Akihabara, then I would highly recommend the experience. The table prices are hourly, so pay attention to the time, if you are on a travel budget.

This place was great fun! I'd always put off of coming to a maid cafe in previous visits, as I guess I didn't realise how much fun they were.

Go in there with a smile and be sure to join in the fun, and you'll have a blast. Nyan nyan!

Super slow and unattentive service. After we didn't get our ice cream for an hour we left, but they didn't even want to let us go until we just got up. Look for a different place

3回目の入国で初めて「とうふ」ちゃんのライブを頼みました。ライブのセットがいくつかありましたが、自分はお酒を飲まない為、ノンアルで注文。これがおいしい！！メイドちゃんのおまじないにかかってしまってライブも楽しめました (^^　アプリもありますよ。

This place is a total tourist trap with overpriced drinks and deserts. Even worse are the maids push you to buy the most expensive things on the meal. The decor is pretty cool, but there are signs saying no photography is allowed. However, you can pay to have your photo taken with the server lol.

Wir fanden es ganz lustig, war mal was anderes. Hatten Glück, dass jemand anderes die Liveshow gekauft hat. Es ist natürlich nicht gerade preiswert, das hatte ich aber auch nicht erwartet. Schade ist, dass die Maids so gut wie kein Wort Englisch sprechen, was aber in ganz Tokyo ein Problem zu sein scheint. Man sollte sich nicht davon irritieren lassen, dass das selbe Lied auf Dauerschleife läuft.:)

Wife and I wanted to try a maid cafe, wasn’t sure what to expect and we speak absolutely no Japanese. Sara made us feel very welcome along with other local patrons. Food was good, drink was strong. Overall just a fun experience. I bet if we spoke the language it would have been more intimate. I must say Sara is super cute too

Friendly to foreigners and women which is a big plus. Musical show is cool but depends on someone else paying a maid.

Serving the best ice cream in all of Akihabara.

They were unfriendly, the maid that explained us the menu was bored and we almost couldn't hear her. All of them didn't smile and looked tired. I understand that they may be scared of talking in english, but we could talk in japanese and told them to use japanese not english, but it didn't change their attitude. And it took ages for them to give us receipt. It was totally different than in honten, we shoud go to honten for the 2nd time too.

Was a pretty good experience. The packages are a bit pricey but it's not too bad if you are going to do it just for fun. The maid that danced while we were there was really good and the service was pretty great. The food and drinks were good as well. Would for sure go again next time I am in Japan.

You have to pay a 5 dollar cover charge per person and food is highly overpriced. It's a try one time experience only if you are interested in kawaii stuff.

Good atmosphere. Abit difficult to get the maid's attention. They also forgot about 1 of my orders and had to cancel in the end
