家族がコロナに罹ってクチコミを頼りに医院を探しました。
家族が大絶賛だったので、その後感染した私も診てもらいましたが、その通りの優しく素晴らしい先生でした。
他院では発熱外来が予約で埋まって取れなかったが、電話をしたら快く良く対応してもらえて、とても助かりました。
先生は物腰柔らかく話しやすくて患者に寄り添う診察をしてくださいます。人間味ある方で安心できる先生です。
医療に対して熱心で経験豊かな先生なので、とても信頼できます。
また、院内処方なのでしんどい時には助かります。

Life saving clinic which opened during summer holidays.
The doctor was so kind and I found it so easy for me to communicate in English with him. 100% recommend the clinic. I never feel this comfortable in any clinic before.

12/27時点で2021年内の診療は終わっていました。
診療時間も今時短中なのですが、休診日も診療時間もできたら1階にかいていただけたら、3階まで上がらず済むのにと思います。
内科のクリニックです。
1階にAEDが設置してあります。
薬は院内処方で出して下さいます。

After issues with other doctors from an ear infection, I visited Dr Yanagisawa, after a recommendation by a friend. He was kind enough to draw up the ear canal and explain the issue, as well as inform me that I was being prescribed the wrong medicine from my other doctor. He is great about taking the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have.

I continued to visit the Yanagisawa Clinic while living in Tokyo, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor. I visited him for various reasons, including a Covid test. His office is always very clean, and the staff was very cautious and conscientious in dealing with potentially infected covid patients.

He is fluent in Japanese and English, a family man and a Harvard graduate. He also uses and regularly checks his email, which made him very accessible to speak with.

I highly recommend the Yanagisawa Clinic for all ages.

Ageeさんという方が酷評されておりますが、恐らく先生が亡くなられた日と重なったのだと思います。幼少期からお世話になった優しい先生でしたので…勘違いされる方が居ると思い訂正させて頂きたく書き込みしました。先生の親族の方が続けていてとても良い病院です。

とても愛想が良い朗らかな若い男の先生でした。オンライン診療も積極的です。ウェブサイトが古い感じで少し不安でしたが、病院はこじんまりとして綺麗な場所でした。
予約制はありません。午前中はリモート産業医などでお忙しいようで、診療時間が午後のみなのは要注意です。

In and out for a flu shot in literally 7 minutes. The doctor and staff are very nice and helpful.

I asked a question about differing flu shot placements and the doctor took the time to show me in a textbook what the differences were. I def wasn't expecting that, but greatly appreciate how considerate he was. Great English speaking clinic that is very near to the station.

I wake up to find myself unable to move. I feel my forehead to find I'm burning up from a fever. I take my temperature, 40 degrees centigrade.not fun.

I get my wife to drive me over to Dr. Yanagisawa's Clinic (Coin parking right behind the clinic) which is conveniently open on Saturday afternoons! I didn't even have to make a reservation, just walked right in and got serviced.

Dr. Yanagisawa treated me with care and really listened to my situation. He was able to ask me the right questions without me having to think about what I should mention, it's hard to think with a fever that high.he was able to quickly determine that I should be tested for the flu, which he fit with a quick and painless procedure, he was able to give me the test results right then and there! It was great because I didn't have to go home worrying about having the flu.especially with a 3yr old at home.

I told him that I was taking Tylenol (it was nice not having to look up the Japanese equivalent medicine or have my wife come in and translate for me), Dr. Yanagisawa spent many years in the states, and is very personable and easy to talk with. It is really nice to not have to stress out about saying the right things in Japanese, especially when you are very ill, he is able to eliminate that stress almost immediately with his warm welcoming smile and kind words.

After it was determined that I didn't have the flu, Dr. Yanagisawa instructed me on how to make it through the high fever, prescribed me medicines (which I received right on the spot, I did not have to go to a pharmacy or another place for medication) and was on my way!

After a day and a half of doing what I was instructed to do, I was back healthy and ready for work on Monday!

院長先生が年始に急に亡くなってしまいしばらく閉院していましたが、5月から前院長の甥っ子さんが継がれています。
新しい院長先生も気さくで、とても丁寧に診療して下さいます。都内の大きな病院で10年以上働いていたそうで、経験も豊富なようです。いろいろ質問してしまいましたが、わかりやすく答えて下さいました。

事前に電話で営業時間、診療内容が問題ない旨を確認し、訪問したところ、なんと、受付の方はいるのに医師がいないとのこと。約2時間後に改めて訪問するよう案内があったのでその通りすると今日は診療できない旨告げられました。
受付対応されるかたも事前連絡があった様子もなくかなり戸惑われてました。

待ち時間も無駄でしたし、初診でしたがもう一生ここに行く事はなさそうです。
信用なりません。

＜追記＞
2019年1月3日に院長先生が心不全のため他界されたため、医院は閉鎖される旨、エントランスの看板に告知されていました。。。。良い先生だったのに非常に残念です。ご冥福をお祈りします。

院長先生自ら診察してくれます。かなり親身に話を聞いてもらえるので安心感は非常に高いです。ただ一人の患者さんあたりの診察時間が延びがちなので、待たされることもあります。
