スーツケースを部屋中自由に動かして良いせいか、畳に汚れが付着していていて汚い印象を受けた。トイレは大変狭く、ハンドソープもプッシュ部分が汚れていてあまり使う気になれなかった。掃除をされてるのは分かるが口コミで書いてある程清潔ではないと思う。
店主さんも気さくで明るい人だと言うのは分かるが朝から夕方まで大きな話し声が部屋まで響くのはちょっとなぁという感じだった。

The location was very good, close walking distance to the senso temple and tawarachi station. Also the atmosphere here was very authentic Japanese, seems you’re living with nobita and doraemon house We had a 3 nights in May 2015 and that’s one the most wonderful Tokyo experience

向かいと並びは3倍高いラブホの賑やかな町中にありますが、夜は宿の看板などが光ってないので見過ごします。
中に一歩踏み込むと時間が百年もどったタイムスリップしたかのような感覚に襲われます。古い建物ですが良いものです。こんな町中によく残ったなと感心します。
ビジネスや実用性向きではありません。明らかに意外性を求める旅のための宿です。
強者を除けば女性向きではないと思いますが、こういうのが好きな人もいるでしょう。なかなか極めています。
さらに、ぶっきらぼうで親切な家主がいかにもな感じを醸し出しています。

Fantastic place spent a total of 3 weeks here. Great price, great location but bring your own pillow

京都の町屋のような作り。客間は六畳一間で鍵は百均の南京錠。トイレ、シャワー、洗面台は共用。合宿のような気分。２２時以降は大家さんも寝ます。ホテルのように自室から出ずに過ごせる、という感じではありません。

Best place we've stayed in Japan by far! Satoshi the host is very welcoming and relaxed, makes you feel at home. Very traditional lodgings, from the tatami mats to the wooden track doors and windows. We absolutely loved it and would return without hesitation.

Fantastic accomodation right in the thick of Asakusa. Just a few minutes walk from Tawaramachi station, amongst many other things.

If you are not keen on vintage, antique & traditional accomodation this may not be for you but it is very rustic. Facilities are all very clean and the owner is extremely kind and knowledgeable. He's been running the place for 20+ years and has the answers to any questions you may have.

He's quite clear with all of his rules as I don't believe anyone is there helping him throughout the day. That said, luggage can be stored for a few hours before check in and after check out.

Would definitely recommend!

Not too clean, only 2 common bathrooms, no tissue inside room, no knife for peeling fruits, smelly toilets

A great place to stay when traveling to Japan, it has a traditional japanese feel. The Innkeep is a great host who is always willing to help you out! 5 star and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed during the May 2018 Sanja Matsuri festival.what a sight! The Ryokan was serviced by a pleasant Japanese man who spoke good English. The room was clean and I slept well. The facilities are somewhat dated but it was cheap so what do you expect!

Super cosy and quaint accommodation. Japanese style, very homely. Amazing location with access to the Ginza Line. Walking distance from Senso-Ji temple. Host+Owner is super lovely and easygoing

Très bonne ambiance, proprio très gentil. L'aspect général du lieu nous imprègne des habitudes japonaises, chambre climatisée (point fort pour la saison chaude)

Good ryokan for backpackers or anykind of traverlers.its a very traditional, old style, japanese hostel.if you love japanese culture, you will love this hostel even there is no elevator!

Stayed in 2014 and going back this year, the owner operator is a mass of knowledge about Tokyo. The rooms are nice and bathroom is clean but basic. Close to Asakusa.
