The staff here are super duper nice and supportive. Some even speak English so foreigners can easily process their paper tasks

You may need to wait a bit, but they are very nice and will hook you up with an English-speaking staff if need be.

The staff is absolutely and incredibly good. As a recent stablished foreigner I was worried about the language issue, but the staff was not only English speaking, but extremely thoughtful and helpful. All the registering procedure was done in nearly 1 hour, which made me extremely happy.
