A nice employee helped us during our first month but she left the company. And then. We paid one rent to be told that this is not a management company and they cannot do anything for us. So they won't help with the owner nor the moving out. But most of all, they didn't tell us everything about the contract and we had to pay extra fees that we knew nothing about.

I had no idea for apartment search in Japan. After moving to Japan, I realized everything is so complicated. I thought I can rent the apartment by myself, however not so many apartment is allowed to rent for foreigner people. I think it's a some different side of Japanese culture. Either way I need to follow the rule in Japan.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. They might be kind at first to you but once you signed the contract or any deal with them, they won’t be helping you anymore. If you have an issue or would want to ask their help, they would just brush you off and ask you to ask your co-workers or friends to help you instead. They wouldn’t go out of their way to help you once you’re done signing contract with them.

まずビジネスメールの書き方が下手すぎます（宛名なし、句読点なし、敬語ほぼなし、件名も適当）。最初から信頼性が低いのに早速メールで履歴書や連絡先情報など求められるという。

実際電話をかけてみると、予想通りの態度でした（敬語なし、上から目線、話を聞かない）。
とにかく「仕事する気ない」オーラが凄かったです。転職サイトで送った職務経歴書とカバーレターすら読んでくれなかったという。
表現のし方も腹立ちますし、考え方も偏狭すぎて話になりません。
これまで悪いサービスを受けてしまった経験は何度もありますが、これは絶句です。
絶対におすすめできない会社です。

For starters, very bad business manners by e-mail (uses template without customer's name, no punctuation, speaks very casual japanese, vague mail subject). The person that contacted me somehow thought it was okay to request my resume and personal contact information right away, with a badly written e-mail.

When i called him, he was (as expected) very condescending, way too casual and wasn't paying attention to my answers.
You could tell that he had absolutely no intention to do his job.
He didn't even read the cover letter and resume that i used to apply to his job on internet.
He had extremely irritating manners and was very close-minded.

I have experienced bad service a few times before, but this company takes the cake.
Stay away from it.

The person I spoke with was an extremely unpleasant, condescending, and disrespectful individual. I was actually quite shocked as I have never had a bad experience in Japan before. I will not be back and would not recommend this company to anyone.

The attitude of the male staff is very disappointing... Do not know the courtesy, have awareness. I do not recommend

This company is very kind to foreigners who are looking for accommodations in Japan! My friend told me that this company is so recommendable for those who need places to stay in Japan!
