They have very rude policy, they don’t provide water in your 1st day check inn. Their Breakfast starts at 6: 30am. If have some plan to move from hotel prior to 6: 30am, they will not provide any break fast in packing or any other means. They don’t put milk packets for tea also.
Overall you will feel cheated as they will not listen to you. Their answer is same for everything.

Lots of stuff packed into a small place, unfortunately couldn’t spend long there! Must see for anyone in Shibuya.
