It's a nice place to stay. Very near to the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms, good restaurant.
Family mart nearby easily accessible. Local train station nearby walking distance only, can travel anywhere from there. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful.

Nice and clean room. The restaurant looked great. Didn’t try the food yet. Close to Haneda. Just the way reception talk to me is not very nice. It might because I was an airport staff. She might have been more careful with her speech if I was a general guest.

It is a nice place to stay, with all the necessities. Internet is free and fast. The rooms are clean and confy.

I'm gonna go for 4 stars, although the cleanliness was there and the room was fine, it was quite small for my taste.
Except that, all nice and smooth.

The was dirty, the curtains does not fit, so the light from outside is annoy, the table is dirty i was going to open the fridge and i saw it was dusty over, let's the pictures talk.
A room like this with this pandemic is way to spread the virus.

Oh my! Very Good Hotel I recommend it 5 star! Very Clean and very accomodating and hospitable hotel staff and the food is very delicious! Would like to check in again! Wow!

夜遅くにチェックインしたからなのか、フロントの受付の人の説明が雑だった。
建物内結構分かり難いのにエレベーターの説明もなく、朝食はそこですと指さされ、シャトルバス乗るなら時間より前にそこの椅子に座ってて下さいと。

早朝から朝食が食べれる、とても美味しいと口コミに書いてあるサイトがあったが、ビックリするぐらい美味しくない。
洋食も和食も食べたが、どっちもかなりレベルが低い。何でもおかわりできるらしいが食べたくなるようなものでは無かった。
おかず美味しくないのは買ってきたの出してるなら仕方ないなと思うが、米と味噌汁が不味すぎる。

部屋のトイレは便座に座るとトイレットペーパーに足がぶつかる。洗面台でかいのが原因か…
部屋の真ん中に柱があるせいなのか、TVがソファの正面にあるわけでもないし、ベッドの正面にあるわけでもないし、広くて高めの部屋にしてもこんなもんかってホテル。
都内のマイステイズ何件か行ったが、もう使うの辞めようかと思う。

Room is clean, staff go out of their way to help. Conveniently close to railway. Rooms are small with only CNN in English. Food selection surrounding the hotel is limited.

Nice hotel central in Tokyo with Good resurant and the littel extra, transit hotel with the little extra close to the Airport.

I stayed here for a business trip - it was nice to have a western style breakfast. Rooms were clean and quiet. Like how it's close to the subway. There's a free shuttle to the Haneda airport, too. It's nice to have a gathering place downstairs. Allowed us to group together in the mornings to discuss the game plan for the day. Coming back after work and being able to buy a beer was nice, too.

I have stayed over 60 days in 2018 at Mystays chain. This is second time at Haneda branch.

Ordered a room for 2 adults and 1 baby.
The room was filthy! I moved the bed a little and there was so much dust under the beds I thought it was a blanket. I actually tried to grab it! (Took a photo, but lost it)

Complained about it in a nice way asking if this was acceptable to their standards. (now I know why our kid couldn't sleep)

Just got a shoulder shrug and a "We're sorry"

Will try to avoid HND Mystays best I can. So disappointed

This hotel is in close proximity to the international airport but staff don't speak English. Room also has no coffee machine. When we went down to front desk and asked where we could get coffee, they pointed us to the cafe on main floor which was not open. Not happy at all.

Convenient hotel if you have an early international flight.the free shuttle is for limited numbers of persons and so there will be a queue at the lobby in the morning.

穴守稲荷駅から程近く、コンビニは駅に近い順でセブン・ローソン・ファミマがある。 大通りに面していて不安感は少ない。 部屋は広く絨毯が敷かれスリッパで快適。 バストイレも分かれており、湯船もそれなりの大きさはあった。 羽田早朝便に向けて快適に休めた！

Close to the airport and the shuttles at night and in the morning make it worth it. Decent service and efficient space used in rooms

It is perfect for overnight stay to catch early flight to Haneda Airport. There is a scheduled free shuttle run by mystays which works on a first come first served basis (mornings about every 20 mins - we found a pdf of the timetable online somewhere). Rooms are simple but clean. Microwave and ice machines on the 4th floor. Restaurant / cafe in the ground floor which serves buffet breakfast at around 12,000 yen. There are convenience stores very nearby and what appears to be a street with many restaurants serving local food. We felt overall at the price it was excellent.

羽田空港にたいへん近く使い勝手が良く快適なホテルです。
　羽田空港から京急で１０分もせずに直近の穴守稲荷駅に着きます。ゆっくり歩いて５分ほどで到着します。時間帯によっては空港まで無料の送迎バス（希望者の先着順です）があります。
　ホテルのロビーはこじんまりとしていますが清潔で、客室も、家族４人が一つの部屋で過ごせるベッドが４つあるのがうれしい。部屋には空気清浄加湿器があり、携帯やタブレットなどの充電用のコードも用意されていて快適です。朝食バイキングは和食もしっかり用意されていて朝からしっかり食べられます。
　ホテル近くには、コンビニや薬のツルハなどがあり、滞在で必要なものも揃えやすい好立地です。

Very happy with this hotel. We are a family with 2 teenagers and we had the room with 4 single beds. The buffet breakfast was full of selection. Great service - will be our go to when we have an overnight layover in Japan. Perfect place to rest before another full day of travel.

Chambre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Petit déjeuner avec du choix (occidental ou japonais). Ideal pour une arrivée tardive à l'aéroport de Haneda ou si on doit repartir tôt le matin

Convenient to the Haneda airport, this hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly with a restaurant inside the hotel. It is also an easy walk to the train through a neighborhood with small shops and restaurants. The shuttle bus only runs in the mornings, but taxi works fine too. We will stay here again.
