0123 is listed number 1 in ranking about transportation and moving of home and office assets and for relocation. Almost every city has it's branch office located there. This company is strict about wearing neat and clean uniform for their employees. March and April is moving and relocation season for most of the Japanese people, they do this until Golden week.
Anyway, one of the interesting parts of this moving company, most of the workers work in here are teenagers and students (boy and girl both), i got very curious one day and asked them the reason for doing this job (this kind of job considered to be one of the most disrespectful job in our Bangladeshi culture,)
some of them were convinced that they need to help their parents by earning extra, some wants to collect extra money for their future, some just wants to keep their body fit, they take this job as workout, which even pays good amount at the end of the day. This is very interesting to see that this young generation take everything very easy and fine. Very inspiring which creates great hope inside our mind.

契約の時に日にちと午前中と伝えたのにその日の午前になっても来る気配なし
連絡もなし　電話すると
勘違いしてた　とのこと
それから2時間待ったが来る気配なし
また連絡すると
16時までには必ず！
と言ったのに
17時すぎても来る気配なし
また連絡すると
18時から18時半にくるとのこと。
なぜこちらから連絡しなければならない？
仕事おそすぎる　どうなってるんでしょうか。
そして対応した人が滑舌悪すぎて何を言ってるか聞き取れない
来週の引っ越し、ちゃんと時間に来てもらえるかとても不安
すごく時間の無駄、振り回されました

They were very quick and on time for the quote. He said ask anytime for kore packaging materials and we will deliver them right away.

After he quoted and we accepted, we never heard from him again until moving day. Even though we sent many requests for additional Kevin’s materials there was no response.

I do not recommend then and would not use them again.

The actual overs were excellent.

スピーディーな電話対応が、とても良かったです！

値段がどうこういうつもりは無いのですが、ただ対応とかコミュニケーションの力が弱いと感じました。全員ではないのかもしれませんが、自分のところに来た中城という人はほんとに酷かったです。必要最低限のコミュニケーションもできないのか、という感じ。一応敬語は使えるようですが、普通聞いてからやるだろというようなことを勝手にやるし、特に後輩さん (？) の扱いはひどいものでした。もうお願いしたくないです。
