5I stayed here in 2008, it's a decent building with everything you need. The area is a little boring compared to other parts of Tokyo but it was worth the rent to live there.
I lived here for 1 year and 4 months. It’s an AMAZING LOCATION. Monnaka has so much to offer! Great bars, restaurants and local attractions. The room itself was very small but.it’s kind of standard for Tokyo. I was paying 99k a month, which is a little pricey but that included everything (even the furniture). I’ve lived in many areas in Tokyo and this place was my no. 1!
Stayed 4 months there. Quiet neighborhood and many stores nearby. The staff helps you with all your problems. It is a bit expensive but very central and worth it. A coin laundry is in the first floor and cost 200 yen for the washing machine and 100 yen/10min for the dryers. The rooms are ok but nothing special.
My second time stay at Sakura house.little bit far away from railway station. Spacious accommodation and lovely roommates made it a memorable stay.
