Not good service!

No one reply email (although they say we will reply in 3 days).

And today, I called them for an appointment to discuss about my visa renewal within this year. They said that meeting with me is a waste of their time as my visa renewal is later in the year. I had little time during my visit to Japan and was simply knocked down with their “we are busy” attitude.

I feel everything on their website is bs! Will never call again.

一度他の行政書士さんにもお願いしましたが、その方が申請は厳しいと仰ったビザ申請も、何の問題もなく通してくださいました。

Miyagawa-sensei was a great help renewing my visa. I had previously consulted a different lawyer who told me that it probably wouldn't be possible for someone in my situation to renew, but I'm glad I came to Acroseed for a second opinion because Miyagawa-sensei was able to renew me for the full five years with no problems. The fee was reasonable, he didn't require any translation of contracts into Japanese, and he was flexible and quick with communication. Many thanks again!

When I first asked for their help since 2012, they never failed to assist me. Not mentioning that I have a very unique immigration issue and they pulled this off. Very professional and trust worthy service. I don't know why i see some comments that they got disappointed. They might even not a client of ACROSEED to begin with.

But personally, they changed my life! Appreciate it! Two thumbs up!
