This has got to be the best city tour I've ever had. You essentially dress up in costume and drive around the city. Theres really no better way to see Tokyo. You'll get an opportunity to drive of thw rainbow bridge as well! Just know that you'll need to get your international driver's license if you're visiting from America. It really wasn't too hard to obtain though.
For 4100 yen per person, we had a guide leading us around Tokyo by go-kart. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. If you think riding a go-kart would be a fun things to do, do this before you die.
