Enquired about a few products and they were not helpful and were not interested to assist. There are better Japanese vintage stores out there.

Dunno why people are so cranky. The price is very reasonable and competitive compare to USA or Canada. I got a pair of LV Papillon to send to Canada, and they are perfect. The description is very accurate, somehow I even feel it’s overly accurate. Staff, especially Alicia, was so helpful — they order things for me to view through a video chat. Alicia was so patient to show me things, telling me how she feel about the purse. Later, even send me follow-up video. Very good experience.

I have been dealing with Amore Vintage through Farfetch, Im very happy with my purchases, items are in excellent condition not to mention that they managed to exceed my expectations with the promptness of delivery, definitely will be buying from them again

I found them through a YouTuber’s video from 3 years ago and since then, I’ve been following their content since 2019. I’d love to personally visit their stores in Japan someday soon?

I had bought 2 bags from them, one last year and one early this year. For both bags - condition and quality wise - I am extremely satisfied. I’ve been assisted by Alicia and Sophia via Instagram with my purchases and it was a very smooth process. They were very professional and helpful as I asked questions regarding the general condition of the bags and its inclusions. One bag wasn’t posted on the website, but regardless, it was an easy and straight-forward transaction. They were very transparent with the previous wear of the vintage items I was interested in. They updated me on the shipping status of the bag which was very thoughtful.

I think their IG posts and lives are also very helpful for customers who want to see the condition in “live-motion” rather than just pictures. This also help me very much in deciding to make my first purchase with them and as usual, they were very accommodating with my inquiries!

In terms of pricing, I think it’s very fair, some stores are hiking up their prices 1-3k more for far worse-conditioned designer bags.
I think the Amore Tokyo Stores offer fair pricing, their pricing reflects the condition and demand of the items. As they do not only sell Chanel, you’ll find plenty of bags from different brands, of different wear and conditions - meaning there’s an ocean full of choices for you to pick from. Plus they also have a lot of rare and unique items, which is I think is truly
relevant if you’re an avid collector (especially, Chanel).

The shipping to Australia took exactly a week with the first bag, and the second took just over a week due to customs fees. Just FYI.

Therefore, I’d highly recommend Amore Tokyo if you’re looking to buy a vintage luxury designer item because you’ll probably find what you’re looking for in their stores

窃盗団に狙われているらしく、店員1人あたり1組しか接客させていない。外部の窃盗というより店員を疑っている感じがすごいした。
現金300万円持参で来店したが、納豆のパックを持った店員に門前払いされたため、近くのギャラリーレアでケリーバッグを購入した。

Very happy with my purchase- would highly recommend! I have recently purchased a bag with Amore online. Both Alicia and Silvia were professional, and quick to respond. I had inquired about 2 purse, one was at their physical location, and the other was at their other store. But they were able to send me photos quickly for both, and pointed out the small flaws that I had missed (which I value, as its a preloved item, and not seen on sight). I asked for very specific photos to get both purses authenticated by a 3rd party (which I paid for), and both came back as authentic. Bag was exactly as photos showed, and if anything even better in person.

I found them through someone's post about them on The Purse Forum. So decided to take a look at their inventory, and they had 2 of what I wanted! As I have been shopping a little while for a purse, and had spoken to other vendors (with higher reviews, and recommended on other blogs), but ended up taking the leap with Amore based on the great customer service and detailed responses, as well as the 3rd party authentication:)

As this purchase for me was a big ticket item, and knowing that they only deal with clients looking for large ticket items (many items listed for higher price than the one I purchased), I still got really great respond times, and friendly, professional service.

Some reviews say they are high priced, I think I paid a little under market value, based on similar items I've found with other sellers, and North American sellers. And almost 1K less than a highly reviewed Ebay seller.

I live in Canada, the shipping came in about 4 business days. It was carefully packaged.

Tip: They shared that they only care vintage items from 2010 and before.

Unreasonably expensive second-hand shop. Staff are very impolite! Never visiting this store again!
