Been using this place for years now and never really had any issues until recently. Ordered 2 Masterpiece Transformers (Hound & Blackarachnia), instead of receiving Hound I received MP Bumblebee 2.0. I've had previous experience dealing with the their CS while taking time to reply was always helpful. I'm into this problem 5 weeks now and 4 polite emails about my issue and have received 0 replies yet. It is very disappointing, I have no options (Paypal Case or Credit Card chargeback because I preordered the item in June 2019). I'd be fine with the MP Bumblebee if it wasn't for the large price difference. I just want the item I paid for or some acknowledgement they received my email. Shame they can't own up to their mistakes.
