カナエに会えて光栄でした。彼女は最高の人で、いつも私が大丈夫かどうかをチェックしてくれました（仕事でとても緊張していました）。彼女は素晴らしい仕事をしてくれました。自分が何をしているのか理解しており、非常にプロフェッショナルに仕事をしてくれました。本当に感動しました！

I have visited ARONA spa twice now. Absolutely brilliant experience both times. My second time was with Hiraki Reika san whom I highly recommend. The first time was brilliant too but I didn’t get the girls name.

Very good massage by skillful and professional therapist. Recommended to relax your body after hardwork. Thanks to Nozomi-San who did a very good job to take care my foot by doing thorough reflexology

Expert therapists, friendly and professional, relied on hand strength rather than elbow, and pressure was strong. Treatment time is honest and unrushed. The environment is very clean and well stocked with amenities. Decor is nice and is a little oasis from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya.

店長さんに対応してもらいました。初めてでしたが丁寧な説明と珍しい機械で毛穴を綺麗にして貰い、ハイフもデコルテのマッサージも途中で力加減とか聞いてくれてとても安心しながらも任せられました。終わったあとも自分で見てもわかるくらいの効果が出て満足でした！
アニメの話で盛り上がりすぎで楽しかったです笑

Very professional massage. I was feeling pain in my shoulders from travelling and stress. The detox massage helped alot in removing my shoulder pain.

We went to get massage with my friend. We found this place through her research. The place was accommodating and the staff were friendly. The spoke a little English and Japanese. We had to make appointment though and we forgot but they scheduled us for later that day. Therefore, I would recommend scheduling beforehand. The payment process was also interesting. You have to pay the full amount or half of it at the beginning.but if you have a Japanese number, then it’s fine- you can pay at the end. If you don’t, be prepared. Recommend it if you are around the city.

まず最初に足湯でフットマッサージがサービスであり、そのあと念入りにストレッチをしてもらった後、全身もみほぐしのコースを体験しました。お店のなかはとてもいい香りでスタッフさんたちも気さくな方ばかりで居心地がよかったです。マッサージの間は気持ちよすぎて眠りこけること間違いなし笑

いつも夫婦でお世話になってます。ペアルームがあるので一緒にオイルリンパを受けられてありがたいです。
毎回身体中バキバキの酷い状態でいくのに、身体中柔らかくなってびっくり！今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

It was nice experience. Especially head massage. When the massage was started, I completely slept.

Unlike many massage parlours in Japan, they have staff that can speak English, Korean and more. Thanks to that I could explain my aches and pains in detail and get the best massage possible.

I've tried quite a few in Shibuya, but this one is head and shoulders above the others in terms of service, atmosphere and quality.

Had a 60 min massage that was top notch. After 15 mins I knew that I wanted to book another massage right after we finished. What a great experience and look forward to my next visit. Thank you Arona Spa!

Had a couple hours to kill before my flight and found this place. I had been walking for a month while traveling and really needed a message. Excellent service, highly recommended.

We finished our dinner and walked around, hoping to find some good massage places. We were surprised to find this place still open even though it was late. Both massage therapist turned out great, even better than the therapist that I have back home!
Makiko and Yuko are both very professional and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our massages here and will come back sure when next time I’m in town! 5/F with lift. Love ambience of this place:)

Had a great massage at Arona Spa! Was able to walk in without an appointment for an hour massage and get booked in immediately. There was a bit of a wait after confirming, but I had a great experience after all and would highly recommend.

Wow, this was an amazing experience! Very relaxing time! We had a 90 minutes oil massage and Shiori made all my muscles pains disappear! Relaxing music and environment, and very friendly staff. Totally recommended:)

We went here after a long day of sightseeing before dinner. It was fantastic. Make sure you make a reservation and get there 30 min early to enjoy the foot soak and mini foot massage. Let them know you wan to do that. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful experience. The message was excellent. Request deep firmness and they delivered. My body felt very relaxed at the end. I particularly liked how they messaged my head at the end, it felt great! We are thinking of rebooking again before we leave Japan. I recommend people to come here and get the 90 minute message. You’ll enjoy it!

After two weeks of travelling in Japan we needed a massage to loosen tight muscles and this did the job! Had the shiatsu which was strong pressure point massage and I feel much better after. Conveniently located in central shibuya. Friendly staff and clean and comfortable location.
