また、慢性的な腰痛持ちの私にとって、サロンの椅子はとても座り心地が良いです！私は背中が痛いので散髪が苦手で、何時間も座っていると痛みを感じますが、ここの椅子は本当によくサポートしてくれます。サービスとして、軽食と軽食が提供されました:) 素晴らしい経験でした!

アスタイリストに西村航さんを迎えたんですが、すごい！彼に髪を整えてもらうには、毎年日本に戻ってくる必要があると思います 彼は私の悩みをすべて解決してくれました。髪に関してはコミュニケーションが不可欠なので、それは私にとってとても重要でした。髪をミルクティーブラウンにしたかったのですが、色落ちしてしまうのが心配でした。カラーするまで色々と話してくれて、ブリーチした後もまた話してくれました。彼のアシスタントもとても楽しい約束をしてくれました。間違いなく戻ってきます！

枚の参考写真と私が望んでいたものの概要を説明してくれたマナミは、そのアイデアを実現させる素晴らしい仕事をしてくれました。彼女とおしゃべりするのはとても楽しかったので、次回東京に行くときは必ず戻ってきます。オンラインで簡単に予約でき、フレンドリーで親切なスタッフ、そして全体的に素晴らしい経験でした〜

First time getting my hair colored and always keeping my natural hair. The staff here made me feel so welcomed and comfortable, and kept checking on me due to it being my first time getting my hair colored and not knowing how my scalp would react to the dye. Was offered a drink after picking out hair color and the process was painless and easy. I did reserve online due to them being busy and it was so simple when I walked in to notify them. I paid the exact amount that was stated on my reservation statement as well in person.

I had an incredible experience getting a haircut by Wataru-san (Little Boy). I came to the salon decided to get a complete makeover, and chop off my 3,5 year-old long hair. Not only Wataru-san did not try to demote me from making this radical change, but he suggested some short hair styles. My new looks rock, I'm really pleased! Wataru-san really went above and beyond!

It’s my first time at this salon and has a very pleasant experience here!
The salon staff were very friendly and helpful! They all spoke English to some degree and gave complimentary drinks while waiting.

The best salon experience I’ve had! Wataru (and assistant) was an amazing stylist. I came in for a cut and my first ever perm and he was so informative and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and let me know what would work, showed me how to style and talked me through the whole process. Wataru and his assistant make a great team! It was exactly what I wanted! I couldn’t have asked for better service! An easygoing salon, with attention to detail. I will definitely be back anytime I am in Tokyo! I couldn’t be happier:)

This place is great. The stylists are very welcoming and personable and the salon is pretty cool and laid back. My stylist Wataru was great company and worked well with me through the process of getting my haircut. I was looking for a certain style which he was able to help me achieve as we worked well together to get the look. If you’re English speaking he’s a good option if you don’t speak much Japanese. Definitely recommend this place and my stylist! The people here are very skilled and very cool. Love it! 彡

I was there with my friend and got the worst hair cut ever! Its so short and uneven that even after 2 months i still could not get it fixed. I cant wear my hair open and have to clip it back because i feel emberrassed. Even my friends hair was cut super uneven and we had different stylist. The staff was nice but i could feel at the end that she was rushing it. Also they asked me to pay even though i was still getting my hair cut and my bag was at the front desk, which seems very unprofessional. In the end all the staff said how great my hair looked and at this point i didnt realiz how uneven my hair was cut! Im still baffled they let me walk out like that!

Assort has been the best and most foreign friendly salon that I’ve been to in Tokyo.
I got a haircut and a perm done by Wataru and it exceeded my expectations! Wataru has a great understanding of any hair and I highly recommend him for either mens/womens cut. Can’t wait to come back to Tokyo

There are staff can speak English so it's friendly for foreigner who couldn't speak Japanese.
Their service was very good.
Make sure that you book before you come.

A visit to Assort Tokyo was high on my list after following them on IG for a while. I booked an appointment with Wataru for a perm and cut, and he made all my hair moodboard dreams come through. This is by far the best perm I've ever gotten, my hair still feels healthy and falls exactly how I envisioned it (and I airdry it!). You'll be in great hands with Wataru!

Worst hair salon experience I have ever had. My hair stylist was rude, condescending, and arrogant. He blatantly ignored me during the consolation, even laughed and humiliated me for my hairstyle. I came here because I thought someone could cut my curly hair, but instead was served nothing but utter disrespect and humiliation. He was physically aggressive and rough when grabbing my hair and handling my head, even hitting my nose piercing that it ended up injured. I did not expect this treatment from a "senior stylist". Utterly and completely disappointed.

Came in with a friend who had a colouring appointment and I was able to get the last haircut walk-in spot for the day. I wanted hime style bangs with layers and my stylist Wataru Nishimura did a great job! Staff were all very nice.

Good haircut they speak English. Wish they styled my hair a bit better. My hair cut messy throughout the day. However, good service

Was really hyped to get my hair Colored and Cut. The staff was really friendly. The Cut was good, but the color unfortunately started fading away after only a few days, and was completely gone after not even 1,5 weeks, it also did not really matched the description of witch color i wanted wich was really disappointing especially considering the price.
I would maby come back for a cut only but not for coloring.
Please be aware that i am only talking about my personal experience, ive heard a few friends beeing totally happy with everything:)

Wonderful salon with great service and skilled staff. My stylist was Wataru Nishimura who did an amazing job perming and cutting my hair. I'm very happy with the outcome.

I went with my friend a while ago. We both got uneven and choppy haircuts. (We both had different hairdressers)
My friend's hair cut was worse than mine and when we left one of the employees stopped and looked at my friend and said "it looks so good! " while giving a thumbs up.
I was just staring at my friend's hair seeing the uneven line and a sudden dip where it got shorter all of a sudden.
The only thing we can do is wait until it grows out to be able to get it even again.
Still waiting for it to grow out so we can get proper hair cuts again. Definitely not here though.

I came in for a balayage blonde hair color and the color did turn out pretty good but I must say the girl that did my hair…her technique wasn’t good. I don’t know if she just doesn’t know how to do balayage or what because the reason why I went into this salon was because I saw a lot of good results from TikTok. It was kinda weird bc she did do 2 hair pieces of tweezing the hair to let the blonde blend naturally but the rest of my head she just plainly put the color on so at the end the blonde was in a straight line which was so ugly. I wasnt happy with it so I came back for a redo but the lady claimed since I didn’t check carefully about the messed up straight blonde section they wouldn’t be able to fix it. But to me that doesn’t make sense because she was the stylist so she for sure saw that the back hair was not good as it didn’t blend well but still let me walk out looking horrible, I was very upset as the lady say she will be out tomorrow so she can’t fix it and if I request for another person to re-dye my hair I will have to pay again. At the end I requested to see a manager because the worker doesn’t seem to care that they did a bad job on my hair. After 3-5 mins she came back and say they found another lady to do it for free so I came in the next day but the same lady clocked into work to help do my hair.
At the end instead of blending the bleach blonde hair well she just did a toner on top to blend it which I was okay…. Just I was tired of talking to them. But unfortunately 1-2 days the toner faded away and I can now see the ugly straight blonde again on my back side.

The conclusion is that the girl did tried I guess and she was trying to be nice to me. But see I am a hairstylist myself too just that since it was my 1st time in Japan I wanted to see how others in different countries would do it. And her technique just wasn’t there. If it was in the USA salon the hairstylist would never allow the customer to walk out looking horrible. I would not recommend this place if you want an ombré or balayage. But if you want a single color then yes they came do it but their technique is not there. I should never believe what I see in TikTok so lessons learned for me.

#ps: I came back home and redye my hair to what I like. So pretty much I wasted my money and time in that salon.

Really great experience. The staff was super friendly and spoke English. The salon was easy to find. My stylist, Canon Haga, was really great. Canon answered any questions that I had and made any changes that I requested. I will be coming here again for my next haircut.
