13Can not log in into account. Very bad service, broken app and nothing working. Call me and tell me what IS WRONG, BITFLYER?
私の事業はBitFlyerに資金を差し押さえられて以来、ずいぶん途切れています。Bitflyer社のサポート側に何回もリクエストを送りましたが、回答はありませんでした。私は多くの時間もお金も失いました。ユーザーコミュニティの皆さんは私と同じ状況を抱えている人がいたら、Bitflyer社が皆のお金を返せるように声を上げてください。
私はほぼ1年間、自分の資産を取り戻すためにあらゆることを試みましたが、結果は何にももらえないです。市場に投資する資本が少ない人から、自分の人生を改善するために利益を上げたいと思っていましたが、私はすべてを失いました。私の財産を返金できるように、コミュニティがBitflyer取引所に影響を与えてください。
Customer experience is the worst compare with all other financial product I use. I really do not recommend using this platform.
Simply a THIEF. They deactivated my account saying I don’t reside in Japan when I have a valid visa, residence card and my number card. Gave me chance to withdraw all my assets but at the same time not giving me access to trade the assets. How can I withdraw them then? When I called them they say its “their rule”.
Neither accepts my Residence card nor My number card for account verification. Been almost 2 years my account is disabled and no proper response from their side in the email. Please tell me if someone knows how to report this company for cyberfraud or customer exploitation fraud.
Terrible and unprofessional service. After several years of good-standing, BitFlyer decided to close my account and explicitly stated that they would not reveal the reason why. It's abhorrent that a business is allowed to function this way.
If you expect a good customer service experience, I strongly advise you to go elsewhere. Terrible and absurd.
全く会員登録もしてないのにログイン確認メールが来たのでおかしいなと思いフィッシングの可能性も危惧して電話で確認をしようと思ったらまーーーーったく繋がらない
そもそもカードも口座も登録してないんで実害はないと思いますが確認くらいさせろやと思いました
Very slow and rude English customer service. I asked for assistant and the answer was “you are well aware the rates change”. I can’t believe this is a Japanese company. Is this a joke? Will I have to go knock at your door for a proper response?
Worse user experience ever
Transferred money to their account and still can’t buy and exchange for over a week (till now). Don’t know what is going on. Asked my bank to cancel the transfer hope it will work.
Totally like a scam. Phone line doesn’t work, seems no one is working there, email? No response.totally a “garbage” company I will say.
Please don’t use this platform!
Submitted clear and correct document but was rejected without providing any reason. On top of that, the process took 17 days. You would better use other services
Super rude company!
After several months of using it, they disabled my account without telling me the reason! I asked them but they did not respond to me!
