I had an amazing experience throughout the appointment. Ishizuka san was kind, knowledgable, and communicated in Japanese that was easy to understand for foreigners that knows a bit of Japanese. She also paid attention to tiny details and checked up on the chemical process of the perm regularly by actively applying medicine. I definitely recommend this hair salon!)
