burger kitchen CHATTY CHATTY

The burger is very good but I don't like the meat at all. A lot of nerve and hard pieces inside. I have remove a quarter of the meat to been able to eat it.
Other ingredient are very very fresh and good but de meat is not good for my taste.

Maybe having two type of meat will be good.a normal one and the current one for people's who doesn't like the current one.

French frises was excellent!

Great place, would definitely recommend for a burger, shakes were great too. We had dinner and then came back for milkshakes later, the walk up window is perfect as we just wanted our shakes to go. Place gets busy so you may have to wait but it's worth it. All the staff were lovely!
I ate too many burgers while in Japan and this was my favourite place.

Small, but welcoming place near the heart of Shinjuku.
Had fantastic garlic fries - really tasty - but avoid the if you are planning on a date ;)

Double cheeseburger was very tasty, but meat had a bit too many nerves/tendons for my personal taste.

Burgers come at quite a premium vs fast food chains, but quality is vastly higher as well.

Loved the cheeseburger with bacon. Patty is of a relatively coarse grind. Bacon was tender. Oh. Remember to add on fries. Shoestring fries were good too! Will come back again when I'm in the country!

Best burgers I have ever ate. The bun, the meat, the seasoning, everything is succulent. The preparation in front of us is a show. So good

Awesome burger, the meat is delicious. There was a queue (Ici Japon fans and locals too) but it was well worth it. If you come to this place please be respectful and avoid talking too loud as it's a small restaurant:).

This was presented to me as the best burger joint in Tokyo, I hope it isn’t. It’s not bad, it’s just OK and the meat is weird, super salty, fat, covered with pepper and over cooked. The rest is nice, but if like me you value meat in a burger, it’s probably not the place for you. Definitely not worth the hype (and the wait).

The burger is ok but too fat. The patty has a lot of nerves and hard bits inside.
Fries are small but good though.

Excellent homemade burger. Juicy coarse ground beef (probably hand cut?), super tasty. Bun looks big, but it is soft and squeezes into the right bite-height. Fresh lettuce/vegatables. The fries are extreme thin and crisp, yet moist. Go here if you are an burgerexplorer, it's Japanese enough to justify eating it and well fitted for the western taste.

Went to this place on Sept 28 while holidaying in Tokyo. Nice quaint little place. We ordered the veggie burger with fries. What a great burger and huge size. Loved the bread and the chunk of avocado with it. I gave it four stars because their meat burgers contained pork.
