Horrible experience of dealing with Buyee. Do not expect their customer service to solve the issues except giving you template replies.

I have order multiple and multiple times through their proxy service, and honestly they are the best so far. I don’t know about the rest of the other reviews here, but I have received my items in a perfect condition (of course I do apply the the Buyee service + protective packaging for 7$). The issue that you have to pay more for the items + shipping + your country’s customs.but that mandatory because it’s a proxy not a shop yet they provide a really good customer support and follow up on issues

Terrible customer service when it comes to a problem that need use brain to solve. Try contact them 8 times and all they can do is ask you to try again. Also they actually add 7 KG protective material to my package and the item itself not even have 7KG, raise my shipping cost from 400 USD to 2000USD. Thank you so much Buyee to help me protect my item.

They don't refund if the package is damaged when it arrives. I won't recommend this platform to my friend. Please avoid this platform just in case of losing money. They charge a lot but never take responsibilitites. I have terminated my account today. Today they refuse to refund my $70 album, tomorrow they may refuse to refund my $700 stuff. I can't risk doing that.

Buyee.jp The product I ordered on November 13 did not come, no refund was made, I was not dealt with in any way.what I said was not processed in any way, I don't even think that customer service even read my e-mails. I bought a graphics card on the 13th of october. I bought amazondan.jp through buyee. The seller was fraudulent and blocked by amazon jp. However, buyee did not refund my money and I cannot communicate in any way. The only English word that customer service knows is WAIT. It's been 32 days, no response. It won't happen so I suggest you not to shop from this scumbag company, also tell everyone around you what this sleazy company costs. I'm reporting this scam company to the community, you should never shop.now i will contact my bank and mastercard. Let's see what they can do.please post this. I can prove it with screenshots and emails.

They didn't pay for my product that didn't come. It's been 1.5 months. I will try to exercise my legal rights. I don't recommend using it at all. It's hard to even communicate. I'm in serious financial trouble right now and I couldn't get my money.never use!

A bad feedback in 2021/10
There is a cheating seller from Yahoo Japan, and Buyee said they can help for nothing if you don’t pay more for extra service. It is a very bad experience and beware to use the Buyee service!

購入後、販売先は製作を開始し、出荷まで1ヶ月もあるのにキャンセル出来ない。キャンセル出来ない意味がわからない。さらには荷物をまとめるのにまで手数料がかかる。（尚バゲッジフォワードなどの他の海外発送サービスで手数料取ってるの見たことない）全てにおいて対応が雑すぎ。もう二度と利用しない。

If you purchase lots of things through Buyee, it would seem to make sense to use their consolidation service. They offer to bundle all your items together in one package to help with shipping fees. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. My items have been 'lost' in their system for weeks, nothing has been shipped, no one gives any information and I cannot get a refund. I have lost $$$$ and the issue is still not resolved.
