A must visit for snake fans.abit hidden, the awesome Snake Center/Cafe in Tokyo.
Staff is really friendly and can speak good english.
The food is nice and yummy.
You can hold the snakes in your hand, what it the highlight of the visit.

If you are a fan of snakes or want to get over your fear of them then this is the place for you. While it is a little pricey don’t let that get in the way of this one of a kind experience. Their staff was very friendly and very professional. They do have staff that speaks English. The snakes looked very well taken care of and they were handled well.

The Toyo Snake Center is a wonderful cafe full of adorable scaled cuties. When you enter, you can select a snake to bring to your table. There are a variety of drinks available, I recommend the Mango Milk as it was deliciously rich, as well as a few food options. We had the Hotdog, picture included, and it was surprisingly tasty and fairly filling. You can also select a snake to hold and pet. The owner came and chatted with us a bit about the snake we chose to cuddle with. He's a very nice guy and definitely loves his animals. Highly recommend this stop if you're in Harajuku.

The lady is so sweet and wonderful. I loved the whole idea with the brief case and snake! You can also charge your phone here and chose what snake you wanted!

テーブルでじっくりヘビを観察できるアテンダント・システム、希望すればもう少し大柄な子を実際に触れる追加のふれあいシステムは、ヘビに慣れていない初心者にも親切。また、スイーツもヘヴィなボリュームで、満足。店内には90匹ぐらいのヘビがいて、きちんとシフトで管理されているとのこと。人にもヘビにも優しいお店です。

Inhuman treatment of animals. The cages the snakes are kept in are TINY and completly without any cage interior, just empty glass boxes. Animals aren't toys!

ヘビを飼いたいけど家族に反対されている。
しかし触りたい。おもいっきり愛でたい。ずっと眺めていたい。なんなら巻きつかれたい。

スタッフさんとのお話もとても楽しい。
様々なヘビの性格など教えてくれて、ずっと居ても飽きないです。
