東京龍男酒場 Dragon Men

A staple of the Ni-chome gay scene, but one has to wonder why. The staff are often rude, and the bar itself is smokey in a bad way. Worth a visit maybe once. It's worth noting that this bar caters more to foreign visitors than to locals.

A great spot for a stiff drink and a fun conversation or two. The drinks were good and the place was dead in the evening but packed later on at night. Send pretty old and dated inside, but you don't come for the decorations.

The first and probably best bar in Nichome. Definitely geared towards gay men. But the music iss great and many others show up as well. Don't look up at the tv's if you're squimish. There's only one washroom stall and urinals. Free before 9 and Drinks are 200 yen off before. 10 I believe

Overall: the drinks are good, much better than what you would usually get in the US. The prices are expensive for Japan but yet still affordable. The downsides: the place smells really bad and everyone is smoking, which creates this unwelcoming experience.

Please note: we tried some other bars and they were all alike. It's unfortunate that the bar / drinking experience for the LGBT community in Tokyo only includes bars where smoking is allowed in the common areas.

Good if you like dance clubs. Bartender was a bit of a jerk. Good mix of locals and foreigners. Great lighting.

Gay bar. Service is bad. Music is bad. And clientele is ignoring people who aren't gay guys here for sex. Worst place in Nichome and weirldy the most famous one. And it stinks cigarettes.

This is a the best bar for drinking and having a dance, best place to meet new friends and really friendly!

Nice discobar in Shinjuku Ni-chome area, usually crowded especially on Friday and Saturday. Cocktails are good and staff is very friendly. The bar offers good daily deals drink during happy hours. Indoor and outdoor seating for social. Foreigners are welcome here!

I used to work here so of course, I would come here for my ex-colleagues and all, but way too many young crowd. It isn't what it used to be if you're looking for leather-bearded-hunky guys. It's more a pop diva zone today.
