Loved my experience here! As a foreigner getting my haircut for the first time in Tokyo I was a bit nervous, this salon was perfect! I saw Chi she is AMAZING! Super friendly, sweet, and very fluent in English.best haircut ever! 10/10 experience thank you FA salon!

I wanted to get a haircut before leaving Tokyo for a bit, so I called and quickly got an appointment with Shinji the same day.
As a guy who had a bad experience with cutting my hair in Japan and being really, really particular and decisive about my wishes, all I can say is that I have never been happier with my haircut. Absolutely amazing. Every day I see myself it brings me joy!

Shinji just did everything exactly the way I wanted it and I am definetely coming again! ありがとうございました。

I would highly recommend this place. They respond quickly and have great professional service. I've visited twice this year (for a hair cut and a head spa), and both times I had Aya who was very friendly. This is my new favourite hair salon!

Fantastic hair salon I have been using for more than 10 years! The stylists are all English speaking and Fabio the owner is a very kind hearted and skillful hairstylist! Shingo is the senior stylist also very kind that takes care of me and Aya is also a stylist that is very eager to better herself in every way!
Great location between Omotesando and Gaienmae both about 5 minutes walk.
Located on the 4th floor, the luminous salon is a perfect place to relax! Thank you always for being amazing with me!

Aya is such a kind and professional stylist! We came all the way from Nagano looking for professional advice for my daughter's curly hair. She went beyond the haircut and taught us how to take good care of it.
We're looking forward to go once again for a new haircut, hopefully soon.
P. S. Aya: my daughter says she loves her style and she's looking forward to get her hair purple one day! Lol

The salon is super nice and welcoming. Shingo Seino did a phenomenal job. He’s super thoughtful and has impeccable attention to details. Would highly recommend. My hair feels so healthy! Fabio has an incredibly creative intuitive sense…after listening to my thoughts, discussing options every step of the way (cutting to coloring) I left his salon beyond happy! Fabio took the time to give me a great new look- there was no rush at all. After 25 years in Tokyo, I believe I’ve finally found the hair stylist for me.

Never been this pampered in my life. I was tearing up with happiness while Fabio and Aya was blow drying my hair! Service is top-notch and you will come home as a new person.

This was my first time going to both the salon and dying my hair. I was greeted by many staffs and they are so kind they also offer coffee or tea. My stylist is name Shingo and he is very kind and very fun to talk to! The process of dying my hair was pretty long (almost 5 hours! I’m sorry Mr. Shingo) but with my stylist it felt pretty short to me. My stylist suggested having different tone of pink shade, layering my hair and offer hair color conditioner which I bought with ease. I am very satisfied and extremely happy with my hair color and even my bangs! I feel so confident with my hair” I love everything both my experience and the results! 5 stars for sure and coming back for recolor for sure!

He made it straight
I absolutely hate this cheap place
The lady she was washing my hair she was so strong and abit rude when she wanna gives me rub I’m absolutely disappointed
When he was doing drying my hair he pushing me to cut my hair is better
I got very annoyed
And after he stopped suddenly becomes angry for no reason
I stopped in middle of everything and I go back home with massy straight hair
Now I have to wash my hair again
Hate this place never recommended to anyone
