7 - Enter from the east side of the building
- Take the escalator to the 2nd floor
- Use the east tower elevator to 6th floor
- FedEx will be immediately visible as you exit
Very friendly and helpful service once I finally discovered the location.
Friendly and very good staff. Very difficult to find but just follow the exact steps JK's review lists and you'll have no troubling finding it.
They have moved and are no longer at this location.
Don't waste your time or $$$ trying to find it, call and get the address of the new location.

They were very confused about how to help us ship our package with dry ice. And worse, they couldn't even successfully ship it before the dry ice would have melted. We had to frantically get the package back from them at the airport the same day we were leaving and have my parents in law take it back and freeze it at their house. On the plus side, Japanese customer service is still 10000x better than the average customer service in the US. There's no way American FedEx employees would have tried that hard to help us or been so apologetic when they failed to do what they promised.
