Dr. Keong has taken care of all six members of our family from diagnosing simple rashes to handling plantar warts, annual vaccinations, travel inoculations as well as diagnosing multiple occurrences of skin cancer and referring us to excellent surgeons and physicians for follow up when our issues were out of her area of expertise. Dr. Keong is always professional and thorough. She posts an estimated wait time on the desk when you enter since it is not the generally accepted practice to have appointments in Japanese clinics. For surgical procedures or extended exams, appointments are scheduled before the general opening hours. I highly recommend Dr. Keong and have recommended her to many friends over the ten years we have been patrons of her clinic.

Unlike the other comments I had no problem with the treatment however the receptionist was absolutely horrible who cannot treat patients as actual human beings. I was with small child and she was yelling at us as if we were like bugs. I will absolutely not go there again with my small child.

I am so happy with my mostly blemish free face after a Spectra Laser rejuvenation and a Q Switch treatment for my age spots with Dr. Keong. The special tapes have come off after a week and the spots are totally gone. Thanks to Dr. Keong and her staff who were very pleasant, friendly and efficient. When I arrived I saw a few patients (toddlers with their parents, I think) in the waiting room and was afraid that it be a long wait. But it wasn't. They were probably there for their vaccinations like flu shots, etc. I was 'prepped' right away after I filled in the medical questionnaire Very professional! Throughout the treatment, Dr. Keong would speak to me and check that I was not feeling any discomfort. Very reassuring.
I would definitely recommend coming to Dr. Keong for your skin problems and rejuvenation as well as getting your preventative shots and vaccines.
I left with instructions on how to use special creams and sunblock to prevent the recurrence of my age spots.

I went there as my wife got skin allergy problems. Dr. Keong is a professional, friendly and multi-lingual dermatologist based in Tokyo. I really appreciated her help on diagnosing, giving mediation and prescription accurately, which in turns helped cure my wife's skin allergy problems! Thanks Dr. Keong!

Over all they are very professional and friendly.

I went in about 8 months ago for acne and just after 4 months, I was acne free. Dr. Chin-Huai Keong really understood my problems and knew how to fix them as quickly as possible.

The clinic accepts Japanese health insurance for most treatments, and runs on a walk-in system, which I think works well for many Tokyoites like myself who are always in a rush getting one place to another.

I highly recommend this clinic for any skin problems.
