HALAL FOOD SARAY KEBAB 雷門店

坊主頭のスタッフが、ウーバードライバーへの態度が横柄で酷い。よく、あんな態度で接客出来るな！
機嫌が悪かったんだろうけど、怒鳴りつけて睨んできて、あんなの日本人ならいないよ。いや、外国人でも、あんな態度のスタッフに会ったことも無い。

I ordered chicken don, chef asked me would you like to get extra for 150¥ I said please. Instead of meat he was giving me rice extra for 150¥ upon inquiring he said it’s rice only not the meat. He showed me in written that it’s rice 150¥ plus not meat and taunted me that you don’t know Japanese.
After showing him translation and word in Japanese which never said only rice extra I said you are lying and he refused to give me food- said to me go away we don’t have food do you.
This guy is making people fraud specially tourist who doesn’t know anything. You can not do this in Japan.
They both literally shouted on me.

10月6日にケバブが食べたくなって訪問。
ケバブラップのMIX（650円）を注文。
肉がいっぱい入っていてボリューミーで美味い。
ケバブが食べたくなったら再訪したい。

めちゃくちゃ美味しいので多い時は週4で通っていました！
最近はチキンばかりで取り扱っていない店も増えたビーフケバブが食べられます。
色々なケバブ屋に行きましたがここのビーフケバブが一番うまい！

Managed to get food poisoning from this place and it's lasted 3 days and now in need to go to a hospital.
Ate here 3 days ago and the food tasted iffy and the potato was definitely not well cooked.
Unfortunately for me I was starving and had no other choice.
A big shame that this place exist in such a busy area and by reading the past reviews the cook or owner who constantly abuses customers can't even uphold a decent sanitary operation.

I tried kebab sandwich here and it was delicious. The chicken was fresh and the spices were compatible to my palates. Good value for money!

Food was okay, but my friend was harassed by the one of the employees in the store. He initially asked whether we are Muslim and where we are from. That was okay. However, after we bought the kebab, the older employee suddenly started asking my friend her name, her address, and whether they can meet afterward. It was very uncomfortable. We went there only to buy kebab, not to be harassed through unsolicited "flirting".

I like and often buy Saray Kebab in other branch near where I live, but that incident made me less willing to buy kebab from this particular branch in Asakusa. It's such a shame given the kebab is halal and delicious, but the employees in this branch were rude and discourteous towards women.

The staff was very rude.
He missed my order and when I picked my order and started to walk away from the store he screamed at me if I already paid, while I already passed him the money right during ordering my food.
I explained, he didn’t even say sorry, nor even seems to be the manager of the shop.
The worst - rudest experience I have ever had in Japan!
Food quality? Basic. Maybe also not even if want to eat their food after that horrible experience

先日、東武伊勢崎線が人身事故で電車が遅延することを見越して、いつもは押上北千住のところ、浅草北千住の経路で帰る際に、こちらのお店の前を通らせていただきました。
（後になって、押上大手町北千住の経路の方が早く帰れることに気が付きました）

21時台で松屋やバーガーキングやファミマ（！）が閉店しているにも関わらず、テイクアウト専門ということもあって、この時間帯でも元気に営業していました。
ウーバーイーツっぽい人も待っていましたよ。

私は近くのセブンイレブンでドーナツを買って立ち食いしました。

最悪な店です！気分も体も悪くなる可能性があるので絶対オススメしません。星１つ付けるのも嫌です（付けないと投稿できないので）。
接客態度はとても悪く、食べ物にはビニールが混入してます（画像添付）。
かなりふくよかな体系の女性が注文を受けていました。
機嫌が悪いのか、初めから注文をロクに受け付けず、3つ頼みたいのに１つ頼んだ時点で聞く耳持ってなかったです。
しかも、１つは一番辛くないソースで頼んだのに、一番辛いソースを塗りたくられ、食べてみれば口から大きめのビニールを吐き出す始末です。
会計時も値段を聞き直すと無視され、更には「さっき一度伝えたから！
」と腰に手をあて、黙って私を凝視する悪態。
いい加減気分悪いので、「聞こえなかったから聞き直したんだけど？」とせめて言い返すと、スタッフ2人して「なにその態度？？」と言わんばかりに私を睨んでいました。
ちなみに辛くてビニール入りのケバブサンドは、その会計のくだりの後に作った注文分です。
駅前のとても立地の良いところですし繁盛しているのでしょうが、接客態度と品質には驚きました。
コロナ禍で外国人の方が頑張っていると思ったので、この出来事は非常に残念です。
他の飲食店と比べても、1個700円を超えるファストフードは決して安くはないです。
気分を壊したくない方は別のお店を選ばれる事をオススメします。

Altough Kebab shops is Tokyo is almost saturated. But this place have few items which different than other shops.

2020/02/05,18: 25頃にお店の前を通りましたが、外国人店員がマスクもせず大きなくしゃみをしていて気持ち悪かった！
何度か食べて味は良いけど残念なお店。
二度と行かないな。

トルコケバブの店だからトルコ語で話かけたら、ウズベキスタン人だった。日本語もペラペラだ。でも、日本にいる外国人達って、なんで日本語の上達がはやいのだろう？このウズベキスタン人の店員、日本に来て1年だって。日本人が留学で外国に1年いても、ここまでならないよ。ケバブの味は最高です。

ケバブライスは時間が掛かるとのことで、普通のケバブを注文。
店頭の椅子と机で頂きました。
利用しておいてなんですが、歩道の専有に当たらないのかな？と、少々疑問を感じました。

まぁ浅草界隈は、どこも似たようなものですが。

Don't go. I live in Japan. I try 3 times. Staff are unkind too many mistakes. Sheating back money. Terrible sauce. Meat they keep cooking too long hidind taste with hugly sauce. Very unclear bill. Be careful.

I don’t recommend this kebab shop at all. One day, when I was waiting for my food, the cook allegedly tried to take the change that I was supposed to get from him. This is place is a total rip-off and very disappointing!

Last night I bought kebab in this outlet in asasuka (across the burger king outlet). And the seller did not give me any receipt. I forgot to take my change around 3500 yen (my bad), but we stayed there for more than 30 minutes, but he didn't bother to remind me & gave the changes. Tried to reach the shop this morning, but it is still closed. Unfortunately, I have to catch my flight back to Indonesia. Really bad experience here. For other customer, be aware and count your changes.

Honestly, not that great, but satisfactory for a quick halal snack. The meat was not of the best quality and had a considerable amount of fat. The toppings on the other hand were tasty and fresh, so I recommend you avoid beef and go for the chicken wraps.

I had a few words with the middle Eastern guy who served me the food. I am vegetarian and whenever I travel, I often go for falafel and it is quite often I can find falafel in kebab stall. But this server appeared to be impatient, arrogant, and ignorant. Even I was willing to pay the same price for a mashed potatoes kebab without the beef, he immediately told him off. My friend was nearby and observed the whole scene and even he felt uncomfortable with the attitude of this server. He asked us where we came from and when we told him: Norway, he said 'don't know' with a sarcastic tone. When I paid him with the coins I had for 500 yen, he seemed to be so offensive and reluctant to take the coins even before he counted the amount of coins.
It was a bad enough experience to be noted, as everywhere we went in Japan, the people always appeared to be polite and tolerant.
Later on we went to the 7-11 around the corner, and with the amount I paid for this so-so wrap (came with an extreme bad attitude), I could actually get 3 pieces of onigiri and coffee. If you want to be treated like a low caste, yeah then maybe you should try to eat at this kebab stall.
