I now love hedgehogs! Didnt really know what to expect but was so much fun. You get a table to play with and watch your own hedgehogs. You get a complimentry drink with your entry and we chose the 30 minute stay which I think is more than enough. The hedgehogs ate nocturnal so they are a little sleepy and inactive but that probably makes them easier to handle. Also had english speaking staff. Enjoyed learning about the different color types also

Not as great as the owl cafe. Speaking as an adult. The kids very much enjoyed this. Pick your time and handle hedgehogs. Being nocturnal, they are not that active. The animals do get break times.

I did feel bad for the little hedgehogs, but the staff seemed to care greatly for their small family of hedgehogs, ensuring that people handle them carefully.

Such a fun cafe! We got there early and there was already a line. Luckily though the cafe is pretty large to handle a good amount of groups. It was a blast playing with the hedgehogs. They give you gloves and hand sanitizer. The drinks though are totally worthless. It’s just a set of vending machines you can choose from versus real crafted drinks at other cafes

The hedhogs are adorable. Ours however wanted to sleep and kept falling asleep in my hands. We chose to feed them and to spend time with them for 30 min. It was more then enough. Lovely experience!

Got to play with some cute hedgehogs for about half an hour and had a blast. We took a million pictures and got to feed them little snacks. The hedgehogs were a little wiggly until we figured out they like to be held facing away from us and also they like to be touching their friends.

Great cafe where you can play with cute hedgehogs! I had a great time and relax with cut buddies! It’s located on the 4th floor so you take an elevator and choose a menu to decide how long do you play. The choices are 30mins or 1 hr and you feed or no. You can drink a cup of drink from vending machine. After you pay a staff let you have a seat. It’s a party time! You can hold an feed! The staffs are very kind and speaks English. No worry. You can take a picture and if you find a super lovely hedgehog and you love it, you can buy it and take it to your home! You can buy souvenirs here! It’s an amazing place! Enjoy great Tokyo!

Spent 1hour there and the kids had a great time. Just be aware there is actually no cafe service there, just 2 drinks vending machines. The Drinks are free though. The hedgehogs and so small and so cute. Must book ahead to avoid disappointment.

人間以外の動物が嫌いな僕ですが、ハリネズミって可愛いんですね。テンション上がりました。夜行性らしくて基本寝ているハリネズミには申し訳なかったんですが抱っこさせてもらいました。一回噛まれたんですが特に痛くなかったです。ビビらず素手で触りましょう。

All the animals were very cute. The hedgehogs will literally fit in the palms of your hands. The otters are very smart. Once you feed it, it will remember you and eye you out for the next snacks! Staff are also very helpful and courteous. The fee comes with a drink from their vending machines.

Wasn’t sure I’d enjoy this, but loved it in the end. Nice to just chill out with something you don’t usually have access to. Animals seem well-looked after and not too stressed about the extra attention. Tummy tickles are quite lovely after all!

Tourist trap. Not a cafe, cafe is a vending machine in the corner, overcharge for the experience, must be the only place in Tokyo that charges for children under 2 years, worse still, they provide no facilities for such children i.e. No child's gloves etc.

たくさんのハリネズミと触れ合えるカフェ。
とても癒やされました。私は手が小さいのでハリネズミちゃんたちのお布団としては中々気に入ってもらえませんでしたが、おやつをあげたりもできるので楽しめました。気に入った子がいればその場で購入もできるそうです。

Very amazing experience! They don’t obly have hedgehogs, but have many other animals for you to see as well!

平成最後のお正月、2日に訪れました。たまたま見かけてラッキーだったので行列に並ぶ覚悟で行ったのに、ほぼ待たずに初入店。
staffが、親切にハリネズミちゃんの個性を説明してくれて、愛くるしいハリネズミちゃんとのふれあいはただただ、癒されるばかり。ハリネズミちゃんloveな一時を存分に楽しめました。因みに食事は一切なく、自動販売機のdrinkが一杯付いています。
30分でエサ付きとエサなしに設定して二人で3030円だったかな。

To get there you need to take an elevator cause it's not on the first floor but there are plenty of signs.

At this place they don’t really love animals, they just use them. Once I was there and I saw a costumer literally throwing a poor hedgehog on the air just to see him falling IT WAS SHOCKING!
Poor little adorable creature: (and the guy working there just actives like nothing happened, and when I say it to the the managers, they ingored me.
How terrible! Please don’t support this business.

My kids loved it! Opt for the shorter duration, it's more than enough time. The staff were helpful and friendly, taught us how to put on gloves, how to handle the hedgehogs. There are 2 small 2 large hedgehogs, quite docile but sleepy. One fell asleep in my husband's warm hand-embrace. Each person gets a drink from a vending machine. Place was spick and span, toilet small but clean. My kids received hedgehog figurines as parting gifts, I thought that was a nice touch! Overall unique and awesome experience, pricey but worth it if your kid loves close encounters with animals.
